Nice hotel, well located in Playacar
Bel hôtel bien situé dans Playacar

I went there with my 9-year-old daughter for a week. Everything was perfect. There was a lot of sargassum seaweed, but the hotel has no control over that, and the pool was very hot in the afternoon. It would be nice to have some shade, but that's typical of RIU hotels: rectangular pools in full sun. The rooms could use a little updating, and the buffet could offer a bit more variety.

J'y suis allée avec ma fille de 9 ans pour une semaine. Tout était parfait. Il y avait beaucoup de sargasse mais l'hôtel n'a aucun contrôle sur cela et la piscine était très chaude en après-midi. Ce serait bien qu'il y ait un peu d'ombre, mais c'est la caractéristique des hôtels RIU. Piscines rectangulaires en plein soleil. Les chambre auraient besoin d'une petite mise à jour et le buffet un peu plus de variété.

Everything was great. Good service. Good food. Great entertainment. Lots of sargassum seaweed on the beach even though it's collected every day.

We had a wonderful holiday at Riu despite the high sargassum season. We took advantage of the Riu hotels' access to a wider variety of food at our buffets. The staff were fantastic.
