No air conditioning in the gym? Unheard of. I've stayed in 4-star hotels and they were better than this one; I'd say it's a 3-star. Prepare to get sick and food poisoning. Bring your own glasses; they clean theirs very poorly.

Great atmosphere

If you want to have fun and party, this is definitely the place. There's a quieter section and a very lively one, so there's something for everyone. The fact that it's so crowded does affect the speed of service and the quality of the drinks, especially in the evening. You don't need to reserve chairs; there are plenty for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful week at this resort.

Si tu veux avoir du plaisir et faire le party, c’est vraiment la bonne place. Il y a une section plus tranquille et une section très festive, donc tout le monde peut y trouver son compte. Le fait qu’il y ait beaucoup de monde affecte la vitesse du service et la qualité des drinks, surtout le soir. Il n’est pas nécessaire de réserver des chaises, il y en a pour tout le monde. En général, nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce resort.

We had a great vacation, but to start, we arrived at 10:00 am and couldn't check in until 3:00 pm… our room was 335… in a corner far from the beach, and there was a terrible sewage smell outside that wafted into the room! The toilet wouldn't flush… the air conditioning was noisy, and the TV didn't work… The Sunwing agent asked us if we wanted to change rooms, and we decided yes… we got 2386… much better! With a balcony! Close to the square and restaurants! Wednesday… general water outage at the hotel! The toilets wouldn't flush! Disgusting!! With the number of people… the beach toilets were overflowing with sewage! Thursday… air conditioning broke down. Otherwise, everything else was good… food… beach… pool… lots of parties, and the average age was under 25! I didn't pay too much... but anything over $1800 is too expensive for a departure from Quebec...

Nous avons passé de belles vacances mais en commençant nous sommes arrivés à 10h00 am et nous avons pus faire notre Checkinn juste à 15h00… notre chambre était la 335.. dans un coin loin de la plage et un odeur terrible d’égout à l’extérieur qui entrait dans la chambre!La toilette ne flushait pas .. la climatisation faisait du bruit et la télé ne fonctionnait pas…

L’agent sunwing nous a demandé si on voulait changer et on a décidé que oui… on a eu la 2386… vraiment mieux! Avec un balcon!Près de la place et des restaurants!

Mercredi.. panne d’eau générale hôtel! Les toilettes ne flushaient plus! Dégueulasse!! Avec la quantité de monde.. les toilettes de plage débordaient de merde!
Jeudi.. panne de climatisation

Sinon le reste bien.. bouffe .. plage… piscine…beaucoup de party et la moyenne d’âge est en bas de 25 ans!

J’ai pas payé trop cher.. mais en haut de 1800$ c’est trop cher pour un départ Quebec…
