Rooms On The Beach Negril

A very good hotel right across from the most beautiful beach, comparable to the beautiful beaches of Cuba. The rooms are large and the king bed is super comfortable. There's no refrigerator, so you'll need to bring a portable cooler; there is an ice machine. Be aware that this isn't the place for people who like silence or are light sleepers… the music from the restaurant next door goes on until 6:00 AM, but for fans, it's the best live reggae show ever, and it's free. It's a safe place; there are always police patrols on the beach. The people are friendly but a bit pushy in their sales pitches, but once you politely decline, they respect your wishes. The restaurants are the same price as in Quebec, but the food is very good. The hotel restaurant has good dishes at better prices all day long; a traditional Jamaican dish is only $12, or soup is $7. For dinner, I recommend the Best in the West restaurant, a 15-minute walk away. Most restaurants accept credit cards. There's also a Hi-Lo supermarket a 30-minute walk away, but it's easier to get there along the beach. That's where you buy beer and wine; otherwise, at a bar or restaurant, it's $5 for a beer and $10 for a glass of wine, all in US dollars.

Très bon hotel juste en face de la plus belle plage qui peut se comparer avec le belles plages de Cuba. Le chambre sont grands et le lit king super confortable. Pas de frigo il faut amener une glacière portable il y a un machine a glace. Faut savoir pour les gens qui aime la silence ou qui ils ont le sommeil sensible que n’est pas l’endroit pour eux ….la musique du restaurant à coté sone jusqu’à 6 heures le matin mais pour les amateurs sont le meilleur spectacle de musique reggae live jamais vu, et c’est gratuit . Endroit sécuritaire , il ya toujours patrouilles de police sur le plage . Les gens sont amable mais un peu trop demandant pour te vendre leur marchandise mais un fois refusé gentilment il respecte . Le restaurants au meme prix que au Quebec mais la nourriture très bonne . Le restaurant de l’hôtel a de bons plats a meilleur prix à tout le jour a 12 un plat traditionnel Jamaïcain a seulement 12$ ou un soupe a 7$ . Pour souper je recommande le restaurant Best in the West a 15 minutes de marche . La majorité de restaurants accepte carte de crédit. Aussi il ya un super marché Hi-Lo a 30 min de marche mais an allé par la plage se fait plus facilement. C’est la que on achète la bière et le vin si non au bar ou resto c’est 5$ la bière et 10$ la coupe de vin tout en US

The staff and services meet expectations. The room is very large and comfortable, the air conditioning is a little noisy but effective. BIG DOWN, the maintenance staff who put the mosquito repellent on at 6:00 a.m. (noise like a lawnmower). Good to know, there is the Woodstock (next door) who plays music until 1:30 a.m. and sometimes even until 4:30 a.m. In one week only 1 day of rest. This is not the hotel's fault.

Les employés et services sont à la hauteur des attentes. La chambre est très grande et confortable, l'air climatisé est un peu bruyante mais efficace.
GROS BÉMOL, les employés d'entretien qui mettent le liquide anti-moustique à 06h00 du matin (bruit comme une tondeuse). Bon à savoir, il y a le Woodstock (la porte d'à côté) qui font jouer de la musique jusqu'à 01h30 du matin et parfois même jusqu'à 04h30. Sur une semaine seulement 1 journée de repos. Ceci n'est pas la faute de l'hotel.
