Small, clean and quiet hotel.
Petit hotel propre et tranquille.

We really enjoyed our stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of food with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The only downside was that the sea was too rough; swimming was prohibited.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour. Nourriture variée au buffet avec beaucoup de fuits et légumes frais. Le seul bémol est que la mer est trop agitée, la baignade y est interdite.

We loved our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The food was good and the hotel was clean. Even though there was only one restaurant and the buffet, we ate a variety of foods all week despite comments that it was repetitive. It's a very quiet place if you want to relax, and there's no need to reserve a chair early in the morning; there's always space.

Nous avons adoré notre voyage. Le personnel est super gentil et professionnel. La bouffe est bonne et l’hôtel est propre. Même s’il y a juste un resto et le buffet nous avons mangé varié toute la semaine malgré les commentaires comme quoi c’était redondant. Endroit très tranquille si vous voulez vous reposer et pas besoin de réserver de chaise tôt le matin il y a toujours de la place.

I would like to give a special mention to Roberto at the restaurant who made an effort to speak French. A very special mention to Fatima (at the buffet and restaurant), she went to get our cappuccinos with a smile...unlike some other servers who made us feel like it was a burden to go and prepare them. Julio at the lunch restaurant was always in a good mood and smiling... Juan (the lobby bar) had a good memory...he remembered our drinks. If I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be at the buffet...the food is often cold...

Great location, average room cleanliness, and some service is lacking while others are excellent. Still, a great experience for 3 nights spent there. We never saw the Air Canada representative for information on our return transportation to the airport.

Bel emplacement, propreté bien moyenne des chambres et certain service laisse à désirer alors que d'autre son excellent.
Quand même une belle expérience sur 3 nuits passé là.
Nous n'avons jamais vu le représentant d'Air Canada pour les infos de notre transport de retour vers l'aéroport.
