Attentive staff, impeccable cleanliness, varied and good quality food, very nice pool with entertainment, very nice room. We really enjoyed the café open until 11:00 PM with sandwiches, pastries, ice cream, etc.

However, the pools need some TLC. During our stay, there was a lot of seaweed, so we couldn't enjoy the beach. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. It's just steps from the main street and all the activities in Playa del Carmen.

The buffet was the same as the less expensive all-inclusive options and wasn't open all day. Unfortunately, for all these reasons, we won't be returning.

The beach barely exists. It was eaten away by the ocean, and not much remains. The red flag was up all week.
