While the grounds and rooms are beautiful, the service is far from what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. If you're not a Diamond Club member, there's only one bar open during the day, and they're always packed. There are no thoughtful touches from the staff. The food is okay, but nothing special. There are no options for dietary restrictions or allergies. In short, for the price, this hotel isn't worth it.

Bien que les lieux et chambres soient magnifiques, le service est loin d'être celui d'un 5 étoiles. Si vous n'êtes pas membre du Diamond club, il n'y a qu'un seul bar d'ouvert le jour et ils sont débordés. Il n'y a pas de petits attentions de la part du personnel. La nourriture est bien, mais sans plus. Il n'y a pas d'options pour les intolérances/allergies. Bref pour le prix, cet hôtel ne vaut pas le coup.

Friendly and punctual staff Royalton offered a little less diversity of courses than other Royaltons but very competent teachers restaurants easy to book with the app but disappointed with the steak house, the others very good unlimited coffee gelato and soft cream small but perfect beach with calm water and possibility of kayaking and going to see the wreck while snorkeling for free Small free hike to the fort right next door. Lots of umbrellas, comfortable chairs and towels. Large room but needs a little repair Comfortable beds. If something is missing the staff arrives in 5 minutes (with the app) Basketball game at the teen club. Good buffet in the morning, decent lunch and dinner. Paid activities really expensive. Go to the port $60 cad for 3 people.

Personnel sympathique et à l’heure Royalton fit un peu moins de diversité de cours que d’autres Royalton mais profs très compétents restaurants facile de réserver avec l’application mais déçue du steak house, les autres très bons Gelato au café et crème molle à volonté plage petite mais parfaite avec eau calme et possibilité de faire du kayak et aller voir l’épave en snorkeling gratuitement Petite randonnée gratuite au fort juste à côté. Beaucoup de parasols, chaises confortables et serviettes. Chambre grande mais besoin un peu de réparations Lits confortables. S’il manque quelque chose le personnel arrive en 5 minutes (avec l’application) Jeu de basket au teen club. Buffet bon le matin correct midi et soir . Activités payantes vraiment dispendieuses. Aller au port 60$ cad pour 3 personnes.

We had a wonderful holiday, the scenery is breathtaking! The hotel lacks maintenance, which is sad because the site is beautiful, the people are extraordinary, but the hotel is not a 5-star hotel 😉

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances le paysage est à couper le souffle! L’hôtel manque d’entretien c’est triste parce que le site est beau les gens sont extraordinaires mais l’hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles 😉

Restaurants have a menu but often what is offered is not available and the quality is lower, the staff is not smiling and the entertainment is almost zero, it is definitely not a 5 star
