The buffet doesn't have much choice; every day is pretty much the same. The fruit selection is very limited, with little variety, and there's not much beef, only hamburger meat. Most of the dishes are Mexican, with no Italian, Chinese, or Greek options, except for reservations at the specialty restaurants. The best thing about Royalton is the coffee bar on the terrace. The servers at the buffet aren't welcoming unless you tip them. It's different in the restaurants; the servers are welcoming and suggest the best dishes we'd missed. We were very satisfied.

Le buffet n a pas trop de choix, tous les jours sont presque pareil , les fruits sont très limités pas beaucoup de variations, pas bcp de viande de bœuf seulement viande de hamburger, la plupart des plats sont mexicains ,pas de variations italiens ,chinois, grec….sauf les réservations dans les restaurants spécialisés. Le meilleur dans Royalton c est le bar à café sur la terrasse. Les serveurs dans le buffet ne sont pas accueillants à moins qu on leur donne le pouboire. C est différent dans les restaurants les serveurs sont accueillants, nous suggèrent les meilleurs plats qu on ignore.. très satisfaits.

I loved my stay at the Royalton Chic Cancun. The beach was beautiful, with no seaweed and plenty of beach chairs. The meals at the specialty restaurants were also very good, and the service was impeccable. The staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. I will definitely return!

J’ai adoré on séjour au Royalton Chic Cancun. La plage était magnifique, pas d’algues et beaucoup de chaises de plage. Les repas dans les restaurants de spécialité étaient aussi très bons et le service impeccable.
