We loved our stay; the food was good, the resort was clean, and when we needed something in our room, it was done quickly. The only downside was the app not working for booking the à la carte restaurants, but we weren't disappointed because the hotel buffet had a wide variety of options.
On a adoré notre séjour, la bouffe était bonne, le site propre et quand on avait quelque chose à la chambre, ça se faisait rapidement. Le seul bémol c'est pour réservé les restaurants à la carte car l'application ne fonctionnait pas mais pas déçu car au buffet de l'hôtel il avait beaucoup de variétés

Beautiful, very pleasant place and superb beach!

The staff were always smiling and respectful, which is rare! The buffet offered a good variety of food, and the à la carte restaurants were great (you can book them through the app, which is fantastic!). Especially Zen (Teppanyaki) and the Steakhouse. We had seven dinners at the à la carte restaurants. The white sand and turquoise sea were absolutely stunning, and we didn't see any seaweed during our stay, and the waves weren't too bad… Just walk to the left… it's gorgeous! The beach chairs are close together, though. You're practically sitting on your neighbor on the beach! The room was nicely decorated and clean, and the fridge was stocked daily with bottled water, beer, Pepsi, Sprite, and sparkling water. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower, however, needs renovation in all the rooms: the water flow is uneven with no pressure, and it seeps through the door and wets the floor… Fun activities include a White Party and a circus with cotton candy and popcorn… The theater is lovely and comfortable, and the shows are good. In short, a very nice resort with few rooms (around 315), so it's not too crowded! Impeccable service. Go without hesitation, but don't expect too much… it's beautiful and pleasant, but unpretentious.

More... Less...Bonne nourriture variée au buffet et bons resto à la carte ( qu’on réserve sur l’appli c’est super ! ) Surtout le Zen ( Teppanyaki ) et le Steakhouse. On a eu 7 soupers aux resto à la cartes.
Sable blanc et mer turquoise de toute beauté, pas d’algues durant notre séjour, pas trop de vagues…Allez marcher vers la gauche…c’est superbe !
Chaises rapprochées par contre. On est proche de son voisin sur la plage !
Chambre bien décorée, propre, frigo rempli de bouteilles d’eau, bière, Pepsi, sprite et eau pétillante tous les jours. Le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables.
La douche par contre est à rénover dans toutes les chambres: le jet coule tout croche sans pression et l’eau s’infiltre à travers la porte et mouille le plancher…
Activités sympathiques, White Party, Cirque avec Barbe à papa et Pop-Corn…
Belle salle de spectacle confortable et bons shows
En résumé très beau site, peu de chambres ( 315 environs ) alors pas trop de monde !
Service impeccable. Allez-y sans hésiter mais sans trop d’attentes… c’est beau, agréable mais sans prétention.

Overall, very good! But not excellent!

Very disappointing. Arriving at 3:00 PM, the room wasn't accessible until 5:00 PM. I gave up and got a room overlooking the alley! The room smelled of uncleaned air conditioning! (The owner was a retired air conditioning mechanic.)

We were robbed by housekeeping staff from our safe on the second day of our trip (we caught the employee in the act). Despite reporting the incident to the hotel and WestJet, we received no follow-up from either the Royalton or WestJet. We were left to fend for ourselves. We are not an isolated case; other hotel guests also had their safes and luggage stolen.
Nous avons été volé par le personnel de ménage dans notre coffre-fort à la deuxième journée de notre voyage (nous l'avons pris l'employé sur le fait). Malgré un rapport fait à l'hôtel et à Westjet, nous n'avons eu aucun suivi ni part le Royalton, ni par Westjet. Nous avons été laissés à nous-même. Nous ne sommes pas un cas isolé, d'autres personnes de l'hôtel ont été aussi volé dans le coffre-fort et dans les valises.

The restaurant was good but always cold; I got traveler's diarrhea on my fourth day.
