The hotel is decent, nothing special, with a water slide suitable for children of all ages. Those who choose the Splash package without the Diamond option will find the restaurants truly mediocre. With the Diamond option, the restaurant selection improves, but it's still not excellent. The butler and concierge service is inadequate (they forgot many things), and be warned: the concierge service tries to sell you time-charting packages with breakfast included. The on-site transportation service isn't very good; walking is the perfect and healthier option. Once your wristband is cut, they don't even look at you anymore; the service is over.
Hôtel correct sans plus, glissade pour enfants de tout les âges. Ceux qui choisissent le Splash sans l’option DIAMOND auront des resto vraiment médiocre. Avec l’option DIAMOND le choix de restaurant devient meilleur mais pas excellent. Le service majordome et concierge est déficient (il a oublié plein de choses) et ATTENTION pour le service concierge ils veulent nous vendre du TIMECHARING avec petit déjeuner inclus. Le service de transport sur le site n’est pas très bon, la marche est l’option parfaite et plus saine. Une fois le bracelet coupé ils ne vous regarde plus, le service est terminé.

Overall, a very nice hotel! We loved our vacation! The only reason I gave the buffet a 5 is that it was so hot that no one could eat. Air conditioning, please! It made no sense.

The Royalton Splash and the Royalton Hotel complement each other perfectly with their shops and sports bar. The site is very well maintained with impressive landscaping. We highly recommend it.
