Beautiful hotel, 5-star restaurant except for the aguave, which was very disappointing due to the food quality and the fact that all the services arrived at once. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, but the floor was slippery. We had to get up early to get lounge chairs. The water slides that were open, I would give them 3 stars. We loved the lazy river with the inner tubes. I would give it 4.5 stars, not 5.
Belle hôtel, restaurant 5 étoiles mise à part le aguave très déçu par la qualité des aliments et tous les services sont arrivés en même temps. Personnel gentil, l’hôtel était propre mais le plancher glissant. On devait se lever tôt pour avoir des chaises longue. Les glissades qui était ouverte je leurs donnerais un 3 étoiles. Nous avons adoré la rivière avec les bouées. Je donnerais un 4 étoiles et demi pas un 5.

Everything is wonderful, except the beach. Long live the sargassum!

Diamond Club room with swim-out access on the 5th floor. Butler service. We loved everything about this hotel. Very large but easy to navigate, lots of activities. Our butler took care of all the reservations. Definitely try the Zen Japanese restaurant and the Italian restaurant on the beach. Magical vacation. For those wondering if a butler upgrade is worth it, the answer is yes. And if you can, try the swim-out access; you can swim at any time. For the pools, we went down around 11:30 and always had chairs without any problem in the Diamond Club section. As for the beach, forget about it right now. There was hardly anyone there all week.
Chambre Diamond Club avec Swim Out au 5eme étage. Service de majordome. Nous avons adoré tout de cet hôtel. Très grand mais facile à naviguer, beaucoup d’activités. Notre majordome s’est occupé de toutes les réservations. À essayer absolument le re restaurant Japonais zen et l’italien sur le bord de la plage. Vacances magiques. Ceux qui se demande si un upgrade avec majordome vaut la peine, la réponse est oui. Et si vous pouvez, essayer le Swim out, vous pouvez vous baignez à n’importe quelle heure. Pour les piscine, nous descendions vers 11:30 et avons toujours des chaises sans problème dans la sesction Diamond Club Pour la plage, en ce moment oubliez cela. Il n’ y a pas eu personnes toutes la semaine.

We are a family who travel two or three times a year. This is the first time I've wanted to return to the same hotel. Everything was perfect. No humidity in the rooms, incredibly good food, and excellent service from the staff. The kids' club was fantastic. My daughter had a lot of fun and wanted to go there on her own. Booking restaurants was so easy with the app. Of course, there was a lot of seaweed in the sea, but we knew that. It wasn't the hotel's fault, even though they cleaned daily. There were so many pools and water slides that it didn't bother us. I have absolutely no complaints.
Nous sommes une famille qui voyageons 2 a 3 fois par année. C'est la première fois que je veux retourner au même hôtel. Tout était parfait. Aucune humidité dans les chambres, nourriture incroyablement bonne. Service du personnel super. Le kids club était génial. Ma fille a eu beaucoup de plaisir et elle voulait y aller d'elle même. Réservation des restaurants tellement facile avec l'application.
More... Less...Bien entendu beaucoup d'algues a la mer mais nous le savions. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte malgré le fait qu'il nettoyait quotidiennement. Il y avait tellement de piscines et de glissades d'eau que ça nous a pas déranger.

The hotel was great. There were lots of activities, and the buffet and à la carte restaurants were really good. The only downside was the beach, which was full of sargassum seaweed. We mostly enjoyed the pools, which were numerous and really unique. We loved the foam parties in the pools. However, we were very disappointed because we paid about $1500 more for a Diamond Club room and got a regular room. When I mentioned it to Discount Travel, they told me they couldn't do anything. I don't understand why I can't get compensation... I even have photos to prove that our room wasn't a Diamond Club room...
L'hôtel était super. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités et le buffet et les restaurants à la carte étaient vraiment bien. Le seul point négatif de l'hôtel était la plage qui était remplie de Sargasses. On a plutôt profité des piscine qui étaient nombreuses et vraiment spécial. On a trippé sur les party de mousse dans les piscines. Nous avons cependant été très déçus, parce que nous avons payé environ 1500$ de plus pour une chambre Diamond club et nous avons eu une chambre normal et quand j'en ai parlé à voyages a rabais ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Je ne comprends pas que je ne peux pas avoir un dédommagement... J'ai même des photos à l'appui que notre chambre n'était pas une Diamond club...
