Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun

We loved our week-long stay at Royalton Splash. The food is top-notch, always something good to eat. The small café is excellent for all-day coffee breaks and snacks, sandwiches, etc. The ice cream and sorbet stand was excellent; my kids loved it. The water slides, although two of the larger ones were closed for repainting, were still fun and entertaining. For dinner, we ate from the à la carte restaurants all week; there were no problems making reservations through the app. The staff is superb, so kind and helpful, although it seems like no one offers tips, which is really disappointing. The lazy river is cool, and the pools and activities (tennis, pickleball, pool competitions) are truly superb. The gym is really well-equipped and never too crowded; I loved working out there and also enjoyed the classes offered by the gym staff. The beach is absolutely fantastic. It's empty, the water's way too warm to be enjoyable, and with a tractor collecting the sasgasm all day long, really, don't go to Mexico for the beach! The evening shows were OK! It's a very family-oriented resort, so the nightlife is practically nonexistent, but for us, it wasn't the end of the world because we wanted to be early risers. All in all, a very nice resort; I'd go back tomorrow!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'une semaine au Royalton Splash. La nourriture est A1, toujours quelque part et quelque chose à manger de bon. Le petit café est excellent pour des cafés à journée longue et des collations, sandwiches, etc. La place de crème glacée et sorbet, excellent, mes enfants ont adoré. Les glissades d'eau, malgré que 2 des grandes glissades étaient fermées pour repeindre, étaient quand même plaisantes et divertissantes. Les restos le soir, nous avons mangé dans les à-la-cartes toute la semaine, aucun problème de réservation sur l'application. Le staff est superbe, tellement gentils et aidant malgré le fait qu'on dirait que personne offre des pourboires, vraiment désolant. Le lazy river est cool, les piscines et les activités (tennis, pickleball, compétitions à la pisicne), vraiment superbes. Le gym est vraiment bien équipé, jamais trop occupé, j'ai adoré m'y entraîner et j'ai aussi aimé les cours offerts par le staff du gym. La plage, absolument rien à voir. Elle est vide, l'eau beaucoup trop chaude pour être plaisante, et avec un tracteur qui ramasse le sasgasm à journée longue, vraiment, n'allez pas au Mexique pour la plage! Les shows du soir, c'était OK! Un resort très familial alors le ''night-life'' n'est pas existant, mais pour nous, ce n'était pas la fin du monde car on voulait être lève-tôt. Tout et en tout, un très beau resort, j'y retournerais demain!

Great family hotel! Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, the hotel is really good. Varied food with plenty of options for dinner without going to the buffet. The water slides are great! Mexican-themed evenings, oh my god!

Ne vous fiez pas aux mauvais commentaires l'hôtel est vraiment bien. Nourriture diversifiée beaucoup d'options pour dîner sans aller au buffet. Les glissades sont très bien ! Soirée thématiques mexicaine omg

Beautiful hotel, 5-star restaurant except for the aguave, which was very disappointing due to the food quality and the fact that all the services arrived at once. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, but the floor was slippery. We had to get up early to get lounge chairs. The water slides that were open, I would give them 3 stars. We loved the lazy river with the inner tubes. I would give it 4.5 stars, not 5.

Belle hôtel, restaurant 5 étoiles mise à part le aguave très déçu par la qualité des aliments et tous les services sont arrivés en même temps. Personnel gentil, l’hôtel était propre mais le plancher glissant. On devait se lever tôt pour avoir des chaises longue. Les glissades qui était ouverte je leurs donnerais un 3 étoiles. Nous avons adoré la rivière avec les bouées. Je donnerais un 4 étoiles et demi pas un 5.

Diamond Club room with swim-out access on the 5th floor. Butler service. We loved everything about this hotel. Very large but easy to navigate, lots of activities. Our butler took care of all the reservations. Definitely try the Zen Japanese restaurant and the Italian restaurant on the beach. Magical vacation. For those wondering if a butler upgrade is worth it, the answer is yes. And if you can, try the swim-out access; you can swim at any time. For the pools, we went down around 11:30 and always had chairs without any problem in the Diamond Club section. As for the beach, forget about it right now. There was hardly anyone there all week.

Chambre Diamond Club avec Swim Out au 5eme étage. Service de majordome. Nous avons adoré tout de cet hôtel. Très grand mais facile à naviguer, beaucoup d’activités. Notre majordome s’est occupé de toutes les réservations. À essayer absolument le re restaurant Japonais zen et l’italien sur le bord de la plage. Vacances magiques. Ceux qui se demande si un upgrade avec majordome vaut la peine, la réponse est oui. Et si vous pouvez, essayer le Swim out, vous pouvez vous baignez à n’importe quelle heure. Pour les piscine, nous descendions vers 11:30 et avons toujours des chaises sans problème dans la sesction Diamond Club Pour la plage, en ce moment oubliez cela. Il n’ y a pas eu personnes toutes la semaine.

We loved our stay, both the adults and the teenagers. We highly recommend it. It's just a shame about the beach and the sargassum seaweed, but that's not the resort's fault 😀
