Not a relaxing holiday
Vacances pas reposante
We thought we were going to this hotel to relax, but no... there's loud, booming, and thumping music playing all the time, starting at 10 am and ending whenever they feel like it. There are pot smokers everywhere, including by the pool, and if you go to the bar for a drink, there are some there too. It's one of my worst trips since Cuba. Unless you're young and ready to party for a week, don't go there; it's a high price to pay for not coming back rested.
Ont pensais aller a cet hotel pour se reposer , bin non... il y a de la grosse music boumboum et wrap qui joue tout le temps sa commence a 10h et ca fini quand sa leurs tente , y a des fumeurs de pot partout y compris sur le bord de la piscine et si tu va au bar te chercher un drink bin y en a là aussi .c est un de mes pires voyages depuis Cuba . A moins d etre jeune et pret a faire du party pendant 1 semaine ,n allez pas là c est cher payer pour ne pas revenir reposer .

Welcome to the Long Hotel
Accueil à l’hôtel long
Our reception at the hotel was very long and what's more, the room we had paid for with a garden view we didn't get, they sent us to the side of the highway at the top of the compressor. She told us at the reception, give me a good tip and I'll give you another room. I find it ridiculous to be offered this when we didn't pay and what's more the hotel was empty. The only thing they care about is getting a tip. Same thing at the buffet, we serve ourselves and the person who fills our water glasses waits next to you for their tip.
Notre accueil à l’hôtel a été très long et de plus la chambre que nous avions payer vue sur le jardin on l’a pas eu il nous envoyer sur le coter de l’autoroute en haut des compresseur. Elle nous a dit à l’accueil donner moi un bon tip et je vais vous donner une autre chambre. Je trouve sa ridicule de ce faire offrir sa alors qu’on n’a payer et de plus l’hôtel étais vide.

Même chose au buffet on se sert nous même et la personne qui nous remplis nos verre d’eau attend à coter de toi pour son tip.

We were disappointed by the buffet, we found a live fly in the food... Not much fruit... On the other hand, we really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant with Jamal and the Dorad restaurant, the seafood. There is no air conditioning everywhere...
On a été deçu par le buffet, on a trouvé une mouche vivante dans la nourriture... Pas beaucoup de fruits...Par contre, on a bien apprécié le resto japonais avec Jamal et le resto Dorad, les fruits de mer.
