Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters

Our reception at the hotel was very long and what's more, the room we had paid for with a garden view we didn't get, they sent us to the side of the highway at the top of the compressor. She told us at the reception, give me a good tip and I'll give you another room. I find it ridiculous to be offered this when we didn't pay and what's more the hotel was empty. The only thing they care about is getting a tip. Same thing at the buffet, we serve ourselves and the person who fills our water glasses waits next to you for their tip.

Notre accueil à l’hôtel a été très long et de plus la chambre que nous avions payer vue sur le jardin on l’a pas eu il nous envoyer sur le coter de l’autoroute en haut des compresseur. Elle nous a dit à l’accueil donner moi un bon tip et je vais vous donner une autre chambre. Je trouve sa ridicule de ce faire offrir sa alors qu’on n’a payer et de plus l’hôtel étais vide.
La seule chose qui les intéresse ses d’avoir du tip.
Même chose au buffet on se sert nous même et la personne qui nous remplis nos verre d’eau attend à coter de toi pour son tip.

We were disappointed by the buffet, we found a live fly in the food... Not much fruit... On the other hand, we really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant with Jamal and the Dorad restaurant, the seafood. There is no air conditioning everywhere...

On a été deçu par le buffet, on a trouvé une mouche vivante dans la nourriture... Pas beaucoup de fruits...Par contre, on a bien apprécié le resto japonais avec Jamal et le resto Dorad, les fruits de mer.
Il n'y a pas de l'air climatisé partout...

I went to this hotel with my mother from May 12 to 19, 2025. Honestly, very nice hotel. 3 downsides: 1 the rooms are small, especially the bathroom where there is almost no space, but the bed is very comfortable and I slept well all week. 2 My mother and I love the Japanese restaurants with the plaque in front of you, there was one right in front of our lobby. Note that the à la carte restaurants must be reserved via the Royalton app. We were never able to reserve it because the restaurant is reserved for people with the Diamond Club, or people from the Royalton right next to the Hideaway. I find that quite a shame, especially since this restaurant is located with the other restaurants of the Hideaway. 3 lacks a bit of atmosphere in the evening. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel. Drinks extremely good and there is a choice! Food, everything was good. I ate the best steak of my life at the Dorado restaurant. If you are looking for a place that is not too big and only 18+, this is a great place to visit!

Je suis parti avec ma mère à cet hotêl avec ma mère du 12 au 19 mai 2025. Franchement, très belle hôtel. 3 bémols: 1 les chambres qui sont petites, surtout la salle de bain où il n'y a quasi pas de place, mais le lit très confortable et j'ai bien dormi toute la semaine. 2 Ma mère et moi adoront les restaurants japonais avec la plaque devant toi, il y en avait un juste en avant de notre lobby. À savoir que les restos à la carte doivent être réservé via l'application Royalton. Nous n'avons jamais été capable de le réservé car le restaurant est réservé aux personnes avec le Club Diamond, ou bien les gens du Royalton juste à côté du Hideaway. Je trouve ça asser dommage surtout que ce restaurant est situé avec les autres restaurants du Hideaway. 3 manque un peu d'ambiance le soir. À part ça je recommence cet hôtel. Drinks extrêmement bon et il y a du choix! Nourriture, tout était bon. J'ai mangé le meilleur steak de ma vie au restaurant Dorado. Si vous cherchez un endroit pas trop grand et seulement 18 ans et +, c'est une belle place à visiter!
