Wonderful trip! :) However, I never received the email about the return shuttle to the airport. I tried contacting a representative without success. A small suggestion for future travelers: Please provide information about the return shuttle.

It was difficult to eat, there was no activity, we are too far from everything, no restaurant or store, nothing nearby, the restaurant has little choice and is super long, no air conditioning in the restaurant, no beach, we have to go by bus at 10 am and the only way back is at 4 am so we have to pay for a taxi if it rains. But the people were super nice and smiling and there was an impeccable security guard at the front 24/7. There is a hair salon 1 minute walk down the street and she is exceptional at doing braids and cuts!

Ça été difficile manger, il avais pas d'activité nous somme trop loin de tout, pas resto ni magszin rien proche, le restaurant peu de choix et super long pas dair clim dans le resto, Pas de plage nous devons si rendre en bus a 10 h am et le seul retour es a 4 heur am donc nous devons payer un taxi s'il as de la pluie. Mais les gens étais super gentil souriant et il avais un agent sécurité impeccable a l'avant 24/24h. Il as un salon coiffure a 1 min a pied sur la rue et elle es exceptionnelle pour faire des tresse et des coupes !

Meh! Positive: I'm still looking! Negative: We weren't able to dive off the cliff (we had chosen this hotel for that) all week. Supposedly too many waves (nonsense). I ate better in Cuba than at this hotel (no choice, nothing! No snack bar!) They mention local drink, I was expecting to drink Appelton, cancel the project! It's rum that is filled from a barrel into a bottle with no label (no idea what we drank. Reassuring!). No restaurant on the menu!

J'ai mieux mangée à Cuba qu'à cet hôtel (aucun choix, rien! Aucun snack bar!) Ils mentionnent boisson local, je m'attendais à boire du Appelton, cancel le projet! Simple but tasteful food, kitchen without air conditioning but very clean, all inclusive bar closes at 10: 00 pm hours and 10 to 11 must pay the small cottage style room are quiet but no fridge nor air conditioned the disco the gungle the alfred bar and bamboo root and Ricks Cafe are not very far by taxi, affordable price negotiated, ps the price increases the more it is late in the soirer

nourriture simple mais bon gout , cuisine sans air climatisé mais tres propre , bar tout inclus ferme a 10 :00 hrs pm et de 10 a 11 il faut payer , les chambre style petit chalet sont bien , tranquille mais pas de frigo ni d air climatisée , la discotheque le gungle , le bar alfred et le root bambou ainsi que ricks café sont pas tres loin en taxi ,,prix abordable a negocié ,,,ps les tarif augmente plus il est tard dans la soirer
