The buffet was very well stocked, but everything was cold when it should have been hot. If we wanted a hot meal at the buffet, we had to queue and have pasta, rice, or pizza prepared on the spot, and it took a very, very long time. The beach had an enormous amount of seaweed; it was very unpleasant. There was a serious lack of staff to clean the beach. The neighboring hotels were closed, and it was chaos. People were waiting outside, in the lobby, and there weren't enough staff to serve them. Our restaurant, where we usually had table service for lunch (since we were premium guests), stopped serving our only hot meal because the hotel was overcrowded and there wasn't enough staff, and I wasn't even sure if everyone there was a premium guest. Furthermore, people arriving from other hotels were disrespectful to those already seated. There was smoking in the restaurant, and some people partied until 3 a.m. Premium...it doesn't mean the same thing for every customer...we met people who had a bottle of rum in their room when they arrived, others sparkling wine, others wine, and we had nothing and my daughter had nothing, she asked for a coffee machine for 4 days before getting it, we understand that they don't have the cups for the coffee but we had planned ahead and we had some. My husband and I requested a lower room when we made our reservation because we have back and hip problems, and they put us on the 2nd floor and my daughter on the 3rd floor (she had also made the same request due to back problems). As for the à la carte restaurants, it was difficult to get there using the hotel's golf cart, which was often unavailable. A 20-minute walk is enormous when you have lower limb problems. One evening we managed to get to the restaurants, but to get back we waited for an hour before deciding to walk. We stopped at Grand Memories to ask for transportation. Four employees were chatting together, ignoring us as we passed by. My daughter speaks fluent Spanish and English. When one of them finally deigned to answer her, he told us the batteries were dead... but not long after we had checked out of our room, we saw one empty cart and another with bags of laundry go by. It was really frustrating; it wasn't a pleasant travel experience. !!!!

LE BUFFET était très bien remplis mais tout était FROID quand ca devait être chaud , si nous voulions manger chaud au buffet il fallait faire la file et se faite préparer en directe pates ,riz ou pizza et c'était très très long

LA PLAGE il y avait énormément d' Algues c'était très désagréable ...il y avait un GROS manque de personnels pour nettoyé la plage .

FERMETURE DES HOTELS AVOISINANTS, c'était le chaos ....du monde qui attendaient dehors , au lobby, pas assez de personnel pour les accueillir , notre restaurent ou on allait déjeuner avec service aux tables étant donné que nous étions premium ne nous servait plus notre seule repas chaud a cause que trop de monde dans l'hôtel et manque de personnel et pas certaine que tout les gens qui étaient la étaient premium. De plus les gens qui sont arrivés des autres hôtels ont été irrespectueux des gens déjà installés ca fumait dans le restaurent et certaine on t fait la fête jusqu'à 3 h du matin.

Premium ....ca veut pas dire la même chose pour chaque clients ...nous avons rencontrer des gens qui avaient bouteille de rhume dans leur chambre a leur arrivé d'autres du mousseux d'autre du vin et nous rien et ma fille rien elle a demander une machine a café pendant 4 jours avant de l'avoir on comprends qu'ils n'ont pas les cup pour le café mais nous avions prévus le coup et nous en avions.
Mon mari et moi avions demandés lors de notre réservation un bas car nous avons des soucis avec notre dos et nos hanches et ils nous ont installer au 2e étage et il ont installer ma filles au 3 e étages(elle aussi avait fait la même demande a cause de problème de dos )

RESTAURENTS A LA CARTE ,c'était difficile de s'y rendre avec LE car de golf de l'hôtel souvent indisponible , 20 minutes de marche quand ont a des soucis avec nos membres inférieurs c'est énorme un soir nous avons réussi a se rendre aux resto mais pour revenir nous avons attendus pendant une heure avant de décider de faire le trajet a pieds ,nous sommes arrêter au grand memories pour demander un transport 4 employés jasaient ensemble en nous ignorant en passant ma fille parle espagnole et anglais couramment quand un a enfin daigné répondre a ma fille il nous a dit que les batteries étaient a plats ...mais pas long après que l'on soit retournée notre chambre nous en avons vu passer un vide et un autre avec des poches de linge ca été vraiment fâchant
ce ne fut pas une belle expérience de voyage !!!!

They lacked everything, they didn't care about you, several people didn't even have sheets, I would never go back

Manque de tout, ils se fout de vous, plusieurs personnes n'avais pas de draps, je ne retournerais jamais

Very friendly staff, excellent food, nothing to complain about except for a lack of glasses at the lobby bar
