A very nice beachfront location for the block starting with rooms 33, as it's very close to the beach and the small bar, in addition to the beach BBQ. The rooms really need a lot of TLC, yes, because we were there in 2016 and wow, what beautiful rooms we had! But this time, be warned, it was a disappointment. The restaurants were very good, and the service was always excellent, as was the housekeeping. In short, we had a great week. Yes, the hotel needs renovating, but otherwise, it's good. Note that while there are full suites, the junior suite is just a large room, not a suite.

Très belle endroit côté plage pour le bloc commance par les chambre 33 car très proche de la plage pis du petit bar en plus du BBQ de plage

Pour les chambres ils ont bessoin vraiment de beaucoup beaucoup d amours oui car on avais été en 2016 et wow quelle belle chambres nous avions eu mais la attention déception
Pour les resto on a très bien mangé et toujours un très bon service et même choses par rapport au service de femme de chambre

En résumé on a passé une belle semaine oui il faut rénover l hôtel mais les restes bien

Attention oui il a des suite complets mais la suite junior sais juste un grand chambre pas une suite

Unfortunately, it was cold during our stay! Coats, fleeces, jeans, and jogging bottoms were essential. Aside from the musty smell when we walked in, the room was okay, but there was no hot water because it's heated by the sun, and there wasn't any! But Bananamama saved the day, haha!

Malheureusement, il a fait froid pendant notre séjour ! Manteau, polar, jeans et jogging étaient de mise. À part l'odeur d'humidité en entrant, la chambre était OK mais l'eau chaude absente parce qu'elle est chauffée par le soleil et il n'en avait pas !! Sinon, le bananamama nous a sauvés ha ha ha!

The rooms need a lot of TLC and cleaning, but other than that, everything was perfect. The buffet was decent for Cuba, and the à la carte restaurants were very good. We stayed at the Sanctuary side and received exceptional service! They took care of booking our à la carte restaurants, massages, etc. If we needed anything, we just asked and received it within minutes. A wonderful vacation!

Les chambres ont besoin de beaucoup d'amours et de nettoyage mais a part ca tout était parfait. Le buffet correct pour Cuba, les resto a la carte très bon. Nous étions côte Sanctuary et nous avons eu un service exceptionnel!!! Ils s'occupe de réserver nos resto a la carte, massage etc.. si on a besoin de quelque chose on le demande et on le reçoit en quelques minutes. Très belle vacance
