Positive: Very nice hotel. We had a room "Grand Deluxe" which is their standard room. Well as a bedroom. Should be some minor renovations in the bathroom. (Old bathroom) but clean. The flower gardens are beautiful. The food is very good even though it's not fine dining. There are buffets and à la carte restaurant. Staff are little care with us and always smiling. Negative: If I want to cry, I'd say it disappointed me a little is that the beach is small. We can not take much walking .. and there are plenty of rock when it gets in the water .. but there are about 50 feet where you can swim without getting sore feet. There is not just the beautiful sand rock. And for those who love the sea with big waves like in Punta Cana you will be disappointed because no waves as the hotel is in a bay. You must get up very early to reserve a palapa .. my boyfriend went there at 6:00. But all this would not prevent me to go back ...

Positif : Très bel hôtel. Nous avions une chambre "Grande Deluxe" qui est leur chambre standard. Très bien comme chambre. Il faudrait quelques petites rénovations dans la salle de bain. (bain vieux) mais propre. Les jardins de fleurs sont très beaux. La nourriture est très bonne même si ce n`est pas de la fine cuisine. Il y a des buffets et resto à la carte. Le personnel est au petit soin avec nous et toujours souriant. Négatif : Si je veux chialer, je dirais que ce qui m`a déçu un peu c`est que la plage est petite. On ne peut pas prendre de grande marche.. et il y a beaucoup de roche lorsqu`on rentre dans l`eau.. mais il y a à peu près 50 pieds où l`on peut se baigner sans se faire mal au pied. Il n`y a pas de roche juste du beau sable. Et pour ceux qui aiment la mer avec des grosses vagues comme à Punta Cana vous serez déçu car pas de vagues car l`hôtel est dans une baie. Il faut se lever très tôt pour réserver un palapas.. mon chum y allait à 6h00. Mais tous ça ne m`empêcherait pas d`y retourner...

Positive: WOW! All restaurant are excellent, no evening buffet! No tip was left is included in the price, great people are friendly even beach vendors that are unrelated to the hotel! Negative: L, catamaran trip with Sandals is a bit expensive for what it is! This is very nice but the restaurant that offers lunch is not good!

Positif : WOW!! Tous les resto sont excellents, aucun buffet le soir! Aucun pourboire a laisser c`est inclus dans le prix, les gens sont super sympathique même es vendeurs sur la plage qui n`on aucun rapport avec l`hotel! Négatif : L,excursion en catamaran avec Sandals c`est un peu cher pour qu`est ce que c`est! C`est très beau mais le resto qu`on nous offre le midi n`est pas bon!
