Je n'y retournerais plus jamais

This is our 8th trip to Sandals, the worst ever. I think the chain, to maintain its impeccable reputation, should sell this property. The employees are not only ineffective but also rude. The room was dirty throughout our stay. The room was often missing: water, coffee, and wine. We ran out of hot water for 2 days. The pools were beautiful but so cold that almost no one swam. In short, I could go on... But oh well...

Nous en sommes à notre 8e voyage dans les Sandals, le pire. Je pense que la chaîne, pour garder sa réputation impeccable devrait vendre cette propriété. Les employés sont non seulement non effectifs mais impolis. La chambre à été sale tout le long de notre séjour. Il manque souvent dans la chambre : eau, café et vin. Nous avons manqué d'eau chaude 2 jours. Les piscines étaient belles mais tellement froide que presque personne se baignaient. Bref, je pourrais continuer... Mais bon...
