Experience the jungle without a swimmable beach

Magnificent hotel! Full of surprising places to discover. Super attentive and helpful staff. Very good food. Beach not suitable for swimming, brown and muddy water. Beware of mosquitoes, the bites are endless! Don't forget mosquito repellent!

Very pleasant for families
Très agréable en famille
The pool lacked chlorine (ear infections and dermatitis). I've traveled a lot, and the water in the main pool leaves much to be desired. That's my negative point, but it's important. I also didn't enjoy the two days of festivities with Mexican families; we didn't really have our own space, and the site wasn't as clean.
Piscine manque de chlore ( otite dermatite) beaucoup voyagé et la piscine principale l' eau laisse a désirer ça c' est mon côté négatif mais important .Et moins aimé deux jours de fête avec les familles mexicaine et bien on a pas trop notre place et le site est moins propre

Espectacular
The facilities, staff, and restaurants were superb; the activities and evening shows were magnificent. The only downside was that the water rides were only open two days during the week we were there. Otherwise, it was an unparalleled and unforgettable adventure.

Good value for money
Bon rapport qualité prix
The resort is very well maintained overall. The rooms and buffet were decent. The pool activity staff are truly fantastic; the stay wouldn't have been the same without them. Special mention also goes to Sofia and Abelino from the restaurant, always smiling and attentive!
