Magnificent site!

A beautiful resort filled with lush vegetation and wildlife. Positive points: impeccable service, very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. The à la carte restaurants are very good. Negative points: no Latin atmosphere, no music at the adults-only pool, the main buffet was closed, but the two other buffets were good but lacked variety. The beach is uninviting. The cenote and the Mayan ruins trails were closed.
Très beau site rempli de végétation et d'animaux. Points positifs : service impeccable, chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Les restos à la carte sont très bien. Points négatifs : aucune ambiance latine, aucune musique à la piscine pour adulte, le buffet principal était fermé, mais les 2 autres buffets étaient bien mais peu variés. La plage est peu invitante. La cenote était fermée ainsi que les sentiers des ruines maya.

Fantastic family trip. We're animal lovers and we were absolutely spoiled. The scenery is truly incredible. The water park is great, but the beach is very disappointing.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort And Water Park
We were delighted with our vacation at this magnificent resort. The activities offered were fun, and the staff and entertainment team were truly friendly. The buffet was very varied, and the restaurants added another enjoyable dimension to our stay. The evening shows also made a difference, ending our evenings on a high note. Our room was spacious with a bunk bed, and the cleanliness and service were impeccable. The beach, however, is questionable as there are many rocks on the bottom, so water shoes are recommended. It was difficult to exchange pesos for smaller denominations on-site to leave reasonable tips for the staff, who provided excellent service. I highly recommend this resort for families because of its many activities, such as shows, a water park, a petting zoo, a swimming pool (with games and aqua aerobics), and indoor and outdoor bars and buffets.
Nous somme enchantés de nos vacances à ce magnifique Ressort. Les activités proposés sont amusantes, le personnel et les animateurs sont vraiment sympathiques. Le buffet est très variés et les restaurants apportent une autre dimension agréable lors de notre séjour. Les spectacles en soirée font aussi un différence pour finir notre soirée en beauté. Chambre spacieuse avec lit superposé, propreté et service impeccable. La plage est discutable par contre puisque beaucoup de roches au fond donc prévoir souliers d'eau. Difficile d'échanger sur place des pesos en plus petit coupures afin d'offrir des pourboires raisonnable au personnel qui nous donne un service à la hauteur de nos attentes. Je recommande grandement cette endroit en famille pour les nombreuses activités tel que: Spectacles, Parc Aquatique, Fermette, Piscine (jeux et aquaforme), Bars et Buffets intérieur et extérieur.
