The site is beautiful, but not clean.
Site super beau, mais pas propre
To get a table at the à la carte restaurants, you have to book by midnight; three minutes later, there's nothing left. The beach has been closed for a year and access is restricted because the water is contaminated. The toilets at the pool are extremely dirty, as is the pool itself.

Très beau site mais…
The beach is awful, the pool is filthy, I got a skin infection, the restaurants are very difficult to book, almost impossible, and there are very few activities. The cenotes have been closed for a long time, and there are very few places to cool off, either in your room or the restrooms.

Great site in the jungle, a wonderful family experience
Super site dans la jungle, une belle expérience en famille
We loved the natural setting of the site with all the animals. The staff were wonderful with us at all times. I felt like a VIP guest, which was a great feeling. The food was good, but nothing special. The shows could probably start earlier; 9 pm is late with young children.
Nous avons adoré l'aspect nature du site avec tout les animaux. Le personnel étaient super avec nous en tout temps. Je me suis senti comme un invité privilégié sur place et c'est super comme sentiment. Côté nourriture c'était bien mais pas de wow. Les spectacles pourrait probablement commencer plus tôt, ça fait tard avec des jeunes enfants 9h pm.

A beautiful resort filled with lush vegetation and wildlife. Positive points: impeccable service, very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. The à la carte restaurants are very good. Negative points: no Latin atmosphere, no music at the adults-only pool, the main buffet was closed, but the two other buffets were good but lacked variety. The beach is uninviting. The cenote and the Mayan ruins trails were closed.
Très beau site rempli de végétation et d'animaux. Points positifs : service impeccable, chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Les restos à la carte sont très bien. Points négatifs : aucune ambiance latine, aucune musique à la piscine pour adulte, le buffet principal était fermé, mais les 2 autres buffets étaient bien mais peu variés. La plage est peu invitante. La cenote était fermée ainsi que les sentiers des ruines maya.

Fantastic family trip. We're animal lovers and we were absolutely spoiled. The scenery is truly incredible. The water park is great, but the beach is very disappointing.
Superbe voyage en famille. Ont est des amoureux des animaux et ont a été plus que gâtée. La nature est vraiment incroyable.Le parc aquatique est super par contre la plage est très décevante.
