The staff were incredibly attentive, the food amazing, the location enchanting in the lush jungle, and the beach magnificent with snorkeling right in front. It's best to wear water shoes as there are sometimes rocks on the bottom. The rooms were always clean, with housekeeping done morning and evening. There are three enormous, very clean pools: a quiet one, one near the grill restaurant, and an Infiniti pool by the water for activities. The drink service is exceptional, from drinks to chairs at the pool and the beach; they come so often and do everything you want. The à la carte restaurants are beautiful and truly delicious, very elegant. The evening shows are varied, but not all of them were very interesting to us, and we go to bed early anyway.

Préférable de mettre des souliers d’eau car il y a parfois des roches au fond. Chambres toujours propres avec ménage fait matin et soir. 3 énormes piscines très propres, une tranquille, une près du resto grill, une Infiniti au bord de l’eau pour les activités. Service exceptionnel de drinks aux chaises à la piscine et à la mer, ils viennent tellement souvent et font tout ce que vous voulez. Les restos à la carte sont beaux et vraiment bons, très élégants. Les shows le soir sont variés, mais pour nous pas tous très intéressants, on se couche tôt de toute façon.

Superb, quiet hotel in a peaceful setting. Lush vegetation. Very attentive staff. 5-star gourmet restaurants. The hotel is not new, but well maintained and redecorated; everything is clean. It is also well located for the area's activities and for the new Tulum airport. I recommend it for any couple looking for a dream week!

Superbe hotel tranquille dans un environnement paisible. Une vegetation luxuriante. Un personnel tres attentionné. Des restaurants gastronomique digne d’un 5 étoiles. L’hôtel n’est pas neuf, mais bien entretenu et redécoré; tout est propre. Il est aussi bien situé pour les activités de la region et pour le nouvel aéroport de Tulum. Je le recommande pour tout les couple qui souhaite une semaine de rêve!

Impeccable facilities whether it be restaurants, swimming pools, spa etc. The food is excellent and very varied whether served as a buffet, restaurant or lunchtime BBQ by the pool. There is even a wood-fired pizza station. 3 swimming pools 3 atmospheres. Site enchanteur d’une propreté irréprochable. De beaux sentiers pour découvrir la végétation.Tout le personnel, peu importe leurs postes sont accueillants et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Des installations impeccables que ce soit les restaurants, les piscines, spa etc. La nourriture est excellente et très variée qu’elle soit servis en buffet, restaurant ou BBQ du midi en bordure de la piscine. Il y a même une station pizza au four à bois. 3 piscines 3 ambiances . Des spectacles en soirée d’un grand professionnalisme (des acrobaties, de la danse, de la musique ), des prestations de chanteurs et/musiciens à l’heure du lunch et à l’apéro Nous sommes traités aux petits oignons.
