If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service and not a huge area, this is the one for you. The beach is surely one of the most beautiful in Mexico, and the hotel stands out compared to its neighbors for the maintenance and cleaning of seaweed, which is found depending on the season and the winds. We had this hotel at the top of our list, and we were not disappointed in any aspect, the service is exceptional 👌🏽

La plage est sûrement une des plus belles du Mexique, et l’hôtel se démarque à comparer a ses voisins pour l’entretien et le nettoyage des algues de mer qui si retrouve dépendent de la saison et des vents. The food was excellent, we have traveled to several secret places. The Morama secret is the most beautiful one we have visited so far. The food exceeded our expectations. The staff was always smiling and polite. Thank you and we will definitely come back.

The beach was unusable due to the sargassum seaweed that is currently invading the coast Positive: The service is omnipresent, we did not have to wait to have access to water, towels, food and drinks. Whether at the pool or the beach when we could go there Negative: The beach would be magnificent without the seaweed, they can remove it, there is just as much the next day and even the same day. I am disappointed for them, they are really determined to try to remove it, but Mother Nature has the last word.

La plage était inutilisable dû aux algues sargasses qui envahie la côte actuellement Positif : Le service est omniprésent, nous n’avions pas à attendre pour avoir accès à de l’eau, serviette, nourriture et drink. Que ce soit à la piscine ou la plage quand nous pouvions y aller Négatif : La plage serait magnifique sans les algues, ils ont bien beau les enlever, ils y en a autant le lendemain et même le jour même. Je suis déçu pour eux, ils sont vraiment acharnés à tenter de les enlever, mais dame nature a le dernier mot.
