Unheated pool. Very ordinary and not hot buffet food. The chairs for a Preferred Club are cheap. Too crowded in the Preferred Club area; you have to get up early for a lounge chair with a parasol. There are no designated areas on the beach and no palapas, which is a drawback. Too much air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant; you have to wear a jacket. It's freezing! And be careful, there are many concrete steps without handrails; you have to know how to go down to the sea, it's a bit dangerous. On the positive side, the staff is super friendly everywhere, and the room is very nice: "Ocean Front Preferred Club View," 11th floor, very beautiful.
