Very few chairs, both on the beach and around the small cenote-style pools. No alcoholic drinks or wine in the room for an aperitif whenever we wanted, which is surprising, because I've traveled often and in five-star hotels, there were several options in our rooms. It becomes really annoying to have to go out and down to the bar to get a drink and come back again. Furthermore, I understand that sometimes technology causes the elevator to malfunction, but for a seven-day stay, I believe it was only repaired for the last two days, so we had to take the stairs, which was very difficult (especially with drinks in hand!), or take the staff elevator, which was very slow. Also, when we booked through a discount travel agency, they asked us if we were celebrating anything special. It was our 10th wedding anniversary as well as my own birthday. So we were certain there would be a little something to commemorate these two events, even though they asked us at check-in. But there was nothing, while we saw "Happy Birthday" written in Spanish on other room doors. My partner had to ask for something, and we received a bottle of sparkling wine and a mini dessert—a very, very ordinary chocolate mousse. The club section on the ninth floor, which I admit is extraordinary with its rooftop infinity pool, the hotel, and the restaurant, was a really relaxing place, and we could find chairs. The food was generally very excellent.

Pas de boisson alcoolisée ni vin dans la chambre pour se faire un apéro quand on veut ce qui est étonnant, car j’ai souvent voyagé et dans les cinq étoiles, il y avait plusieurs choix dans notre chambre. Ça devient vraiment ennuyant de sortir et descendre au bar pour se chercher un verre et revenir.
De plus, je comprends que parfois la technologie fait en sorte que l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, sauf que pour un séjour de sept jours, je crois qu’il fut réparé pour les deux derniers jours donc nous avons monter et descendu par l’escalier ce qui était très compliqué ( surtout avec les apéros dans les mains!!) ou bien on prenait l’ascenseur du personnel et c’était très long
De plus, lorsque nous avons réservé avec voyage à rabais on nous demandait à savoir si on fêtait quelque chose de spécial. C’était notre 10e anniversaire de mariage ainsi que ma fête à moi-même. Donc nous étions certain qu’il y aurait un petit quelque chose pour souligner ces deux événements même lors du check In ils nous ont demandé. Mais il n’y avait rien, tandis que l’on a vu sur d’autres portes de chambres. Joyeux anniversaire écris en espagnol, mon conjoint a dû demander un petit quelque chose, et on a reçu une bouteille de vin mousseux et un mini dessert, mousse au chocolat très très ordinaire.
La section club d’accès au neuvième étage qui je l’avoue est extraordinaire avec la piscine infinie sur le toit, de l’hôtel et le restaurant et c’était un endroit vraiment relaxant et on pouvait trouver des chaises
La nourriture était en général très excellente

Very loud music throughout the resort. No quiet area. You can hear the entertainment team's music, the background music, the singers, and the music from the adjacent restaurants all at once... a real cacophony! Beautiful pools, but the water was cloudy in some of them. Questionable room cleanliness. Balls of hair rolling on the floor. Dried rose petals from other guests lying on the floor throughout the stay. Minibar refilled twice during the week. Young partying crowd. Very, very active entertainment team. Very good restaurant in general. Excellent spa. Given the high price of the stay compared to other hotels in this category, the experience is disappointing. The vacation was not at all relaxing, and the hotel is not worthy of the refinement it claims to have.

Musique très forte dans l'ensemble du resort. Aucun endroit tranquille. On entend à la fois la musique de l'équipe d'animation, la musique d'ambiance, les chansonniers et la musique des restaurants adjacents....une vraie cacophonie! Belles piscines mais l'eau était brouillés dans qualques unes. Propreté des chambres douteuse. Boules de cheveux qui roulent sur le plancher. Pétales de roses séchées des autres occupants trainant sur le sol pendant l'entièreté du séjour. Minibar rempli 2 fois durant la semaine. Clientèle jeune faisant le party. Équipe d'animation très très active. Restaurant très bons en général. Spa excellent. Étant donné le prix élevé du séjour comparativement à d'autres hôtels de cette catégorie, l'expérience est décevante. Vacances nullement reposantes et l'hôtel n'est pas digne du raffinement qu'elle prétend avoir.
