A very well-designed and well-maintained hotel. The pools and beach are perfect, with plenty of pitches and a great atmosphere. The staff is numerous, courteous, and friendly. We had a perfect stay and plan to return.

A true paradise! ... or almost.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. You can tell that great attention to detail is paid to the quality of the facilities. The service is also impeccable: there are plenty of staff, they are available and always ready to meet our needs and answer our questions, which makes for a very pleasant experience. That said, the only negative point concerns the atmosphere around the pools. I found it wasn't quiet enough, mainly due to groups of people talking very loudly, as if they owned the place, even at the so-called "quiet pool." Furthermore, the music during happy hour was particularly loud. I even heard three songs playing at the same time, which became quite disruptive and detracted from the ambiance. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel for the quality of its service and facilities.

Le service est également impeccable : le personnel est nombreux, disponible et toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins et à nos questions, ce qui rend l’expérience très agréable.

Cela dit, le seul point négatif concerne l’ambiance autour des piscines. J’ai trouvé que ce n’était pas assez calme, notamment en raison de groupes de personnes qui parlaient très fort, comme si les lieux leur appartenaient, même à la piscine dite « quiet pool ».

De plus, la musique lors du 4 à 7 était particulièrement forte. Il m’est même arrivé d’entendre 3 musiques en même temps, ce qui devenait assez dérangeant et nuisait à l’ambiance.

Malgré ces éléments, j’ai tout de même apprécié mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel pour la qualité de son service et de ses installations.
