Everything was perfect, one of my favorite places. The beach had sargassum seaweed, but that wasn't the hotel's fault at all. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. The most important aspect of this experience was the staff's service: they were always anticipating our needs, extremely kind, and constantly smiling. The grounds were spotlessly clean. The landscaping is beautiful, as are the rooms. Seaweed was collected every 15 minutes. It was, by far, the best-maintained site for seaweed management. There are umbrellas for everyone. The service from Ziny, Alexander, and Francesco was outstanding. The lunch buffet was the most comprehensive I have ever experienced. The evening meals were good, but I have eaten better elsewhere.

Tout était parfait. Le point le plus important de cette expérience est le service du personnel : ils sont toujours à l’avant de nos besoins, extrêmement gentils et constamment souriants. Les lieux étaient d’une propreté impeccable. L’aménagement extérieur est magnifique, tout comme les chambres.

Les algues étaient ramassées toutes les 15 minutes. C’était, de loin, le site le mieux entretenu pour la gestion des algues. Il y a des parasols pour tout le monde.

Service extraordinaire de Ziny, Alexander et Francesco. Le buffet du déjeuner est le plus complet que j’aie jamais expérimenté. Les repas du soir sont bons, mais j’ai déjà mieux mangé ailleurs..

Un voyage parfait!

Superb location! Plenty of chairs available at the pool and beach. The sargassum seaweed is collected several times a day, so the sea is always accessible. The food at the buffet and in the restaurants is excellent. The cleanliness and decor, the friendliness of the staff, and the unique little touches of Secrets Hotels will ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and the rooms are gorgeous! I highly recommend it! Excellent service, I stayed in the Preference Club and the sea view was breathtaking 🌊
