A very zen & jungle-themed hotel!
Hôtel très zen & jungle!

Perfect for a couple's getaway! Relaxing and romantic atmosphere! You feel like you're in a cocoon in the middle of the jungle. I loved everything because it was exactly what I needed to de-stress from work. My only complaint: the pools. They're beautiful but not deep enough. One is only 2 feet deep, and it's connected to another that's only 3 feet, so the water gets warm instead of refreshing. Otherwise, there's the main pool and the rooftop pool, which is 4 feet deep. For an adults-only hotel, I would have preferred a 5-6 foot deep pool. Also, the texture is like tiny rocks, which isn't pleasant for your feet. Bring water shoes if you want more comfort. Otherwise, we had concierge service, and it was very convenient to be able to text them for small room services or simply for information. The stay lived up to my expectations. I recommend it!

Parfait pour un voyage de couple! Ambiance relaxante & romance! On se sent dans un cocon au milieu de la jungle. J'ai tout aimé car c'est ce que j'avais besoin pour dé-stresser du boulot. Mon seul bémol: les piscines. Elles sont belles mais pas assez profondes. Il y en a une qui a seulement 2 pieds de profondeur, elle est reliée a une autre de seulement 3 pieds, donc l'eau devient chaude et non rafraîchissante. Sinon il y a la piscine principale et la roof top à 4 pieds. Pour un hôtel adultes seulement j'aurais souhaité une piscine de 5-6 pieds de profondeur. Aussi, la textures est comme fait de mini-roches et ce n'est pas agréable pour les pieds. Apportez vous des souliers d'eau si vous souhaitez plus de confort. Sinon, on a eu le service d'un concierge et c'était très agréable de pouvoir le texter pour obtenir des petits services à la chambre ou tout simplement des informations. Séjour à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je recommande!

A very beautiful complex, we loved it!

Beautiful resort and friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay! We couldn't use our in-room pool because it was always in the shade. For an extra $800, it's expensive... Better maintenance of the Bali beds would be appreciated :) We'll opt for rooms near the beach on our next visit. Overall, very satisfied and we want to come back!

Nous n'avons pas pue profiter de notre piscine à la chambre car elle était toujours à l'ombre. Pour 800 $ de plus ca fait chère...
Un meilleur entretiens des lits Balis serait requis :)

Nous opterons pour les chambres prêt de la plage lors de notre prochaine visite.
En gros très satisfait puisque nous désirons revenir !

The hotel is great, the staff are dedicated and, above all, attentive. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are beautiful. The only downside is the shower water temperature; those who like hot showers might be a little disappointed, but otherwise, everything is perfect. The biggest plus of this resort, I would say, is the beach club, which is absolutely stunning.
