Check-in was wonderful. We had forgotten our stroller and they offered one. 15 minutes later, the stroller and bassinet were delivered to our room. All child care is taken care of quickly (we felt that this is part of their mission). The room was impeccable. The cleanliness of the entire place (room, restaurant, bathrooms, etc.) was incredible. The decor is modern, everything is new and up to date and it is well maintained. The service is outstanding. The employees are warm and very attentive (without exception). The buffet is complete, well presented and tempting. Best buffet we have eaten so far (but a little salty). The restaurants are good but we could not go to Kitchen 23 because it is for adults only (we heard that it is very high-end). The pools are clean, very large and there are a few more secluded and quiet pools. The beach was well maintained. After taking a few steps, we realized that we had the best-maintained beach. Seaweed is inevitable in the Republic, but guys are always working to remove it. So basically, there was less of it on our beach. The waves are noticeable, perfect for children 7 years and older but too rock and roll for our 22-month-old (but dad was happy!). The resort is very quiet. If you like to be very supervised and have a lot of entertainment, you might be disappointed. On the other hand, children are spoiled in this regard. We went to the water park for one day and I think it was enough for a child under 5. That's why I don't think it's worth opting for the Nickelodeon section for people who don't plan on going to the water park more often (there's a special on Tuesdays for Canadians at 28 USD per person). I would even go so far as to say that the water park is not for ages 11 and up... This is a hotel suitable for families but also for couples. In the evening, the central square is crowded with children but several places are also available for tranquility (the lobby and the piano bar have a lot of class). We highly recommend this hotel, it is a true 5 star (we even saw a Hollywood star there). Very nice experience. Positive: Service, food, decor, cleanliness, room, family atmosphere, adult sections for tranquility Negative: Still a few days with more seaweed in the sea Probably circumstantial, but we had a water interruption throughout the complex during one evening from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. (not pleasant when returning from the beach)

More... Less...La chambre était impeccable. La propreté de l'ensemble des lieux (chambre, restaurant, salles de bains, etc) était incroyable. Le décor est moderne, tout est neuf et au goût du jour et c'est bien entretenu.
Le service est hors pair. Les employés sont chaleureux et très attentionnés (sans exception).
Le buffet est complet, bien présenté et alléchant. Meilleur buffet que nous avons mangé jusqu'ici (mais un peu salé).
Les restaurants sont biens mais nous n'avons pas pu aller au Kitchen 23 car pour adultes seulement (on a entendu dire que c'est très haut de gamme)
Les piscines sont propres, très grandes et il y a quelques piscines plus reculées et tranquilles.
La plage était bien maintenue. Pour avoir pris quelques marches, nous nous sommes aperçus que nous avions la plage la mieux entretenue. Les algues sont inévitables en République, mais des gars travaillent toujours à les enlever. Donc en gros, il y en avait moins sur notre plage. Les vagues se font sentir, parfait pour des enfants de 7 ans et plus mais trop rock and roll pour notre petit de 22 mois (mais papa était content!).
Le resort est très tranquille. Si vous aimez être très encadrés et avoir beaucoup d'animation, vous pourriez être déçus. Par contre, les enfants sont gâtés à ce niveau.
Nous sommes allés au parc aquatique une journée et je crois que c'était assez pour un jeune en bas de 5 ans. C'est pourquoi je ne crois pas qu'il vaille le coup d'opter pour la section Nickelodeon pour des personnes qui ne pensent pas aller au parc aquatique plus souvent (il y a un spécial le mardi pour les canadiens à 28 USD par personne). J'irais même jusqu'à dire que le parc aquatique n'est pas pour les 11 ans et plus...
C'est un hotel qui convient aux familles mais aussi pour les couples. Le soir, la place centrale est bondée d'enfants mais plusieurs endroits sont aussi disponibles pour de la tranquillité (le lobby et le piano bar ont beaucoup de classe)
Nous recommandons fortement cet hotel, c'est un vrai 5 étoiles (on y a même vu une vedette d'Hollywood). Très belle expérience. Positif : Service, nourriture, décor, propreté, chambre, ambiance familiale, sections adultes pour de la tranquilité Négatif : Quand même quelques journées avec plus d'algues à la mer
Probablement circonstanciel, mais nous avons eu une interruption d'eau sur l'ensemble du complexe pendant une soirée de 17hre à 2 hre am (pas plaisant en revenant de la plage)
