The hotel's infrastructure is deteriorating. We had problems with hot water and the toilet. However, they did their best and changed our room for the same price.

Beau séjour solo au Starfish Cayo Guillermo

A nice little solo trip to Starfish Caye Guillermo. My first time at this hotel. First thing, the staff, A1! They were all great! Yanely, Elvis, the reception staff, the bars and what can I say about the entertainment team! Eric, Daniella and especially Leo Wow wow wow! I'm a Quebecer traveling alone. I met great people from the first night, especially people from Toronto and it improved my English on a not so bad time. The buffet is small, but you can find something to eat without any problem. The beach is MAGNIFICENT! But not much water to swim in. The hotel in general is old, but for people like me who appreciate simplicity it was perfectly adequate. The entertainment gang is simply great! I loved them! Eric and Daniella always full of energy! And Leo A! Super friendly, inclusive with everyone, respectful and very funny. I arrived at the hotel alone and left with a lovely family from Starfish Cayo Guillermo! See you again one of these days!

Un beau petit voyage solo au Starfish Caye Guillermo. Ma première fois à cet hôtel. Première chose, le personnel, A1! Ils étaient tous super! Yanely, Elvis, le personnel à l'accueil, aux bars et que dire de l'équipe d'animation! Eric, Daniella et surtout Leo Wow wow wow! Je suis une Québécoise qui voyageait seule. J'ai rencontré des gens formidables dès le premier soir, surtout des gens de Toronto et ça a upgrader mon anglais sur un pas pire temps. Le buffet est petit, mais on y trouve quelque chose à se nourrir sans problème. La plage est MAGNIFIQUE! Mais pas beaucoup d'eau pour se baigner. L'hôtel en général est vieillot, mais pour des gens comme moi qui apprécie la simplicité c'était tout à fait convenable.

La gang de l'animation est simplement super! Je les ai adorés! Eric et Daniella toujours pleins d'énergie! Et Leo A! Super sympathique, inclusif avec tout le monde, respectueux et très funny.

Je suis arrivée seule à l'hôtel et je sus repartie avec une belle famille du Starfish Cayo Guillermo! On se revoit un de ces jours!
