Very nice little hôtel.Bien located. Malecon not very far. Positive: Staff very very nice accueillant.Le night guard and speaks some English. Breakfast satisfactory. Negative: A deranged rooster crows full night! I had requested a room change. (Hospital quieter side). The air conditioning broke the day before I left the staff but I still changed rooms. Good water pressure, hot Sometimes it depends on the hour.

Très belle petite hôtel.Bien situé. Malecon pas très loin. Positif : Staff très accueillant.Le gardien de nuit très gentil et parle un peu anglais. Petit déjeuner inclus satisfaisant. Négatif : Un coq déréglé chante en plein nuit! J'ai dû demandé a changer de chambre.(Coté hôpital plus tranquille). L'air climatisé a brisé la veille de mon départ mais le staff m'a quand même changé de chambre. Bonne pression d'eau, parfois chaude tout dépend de l'heure.

Very clean. Recent construction, hotel managed by the state. Failed to smile but frankly we do not care it is not havana to stay in a hotel Pogner staff! Comfortable beds breakfast always the same but fresh. No buffet. I recommend to visit the city Positive: Clean, comfortable, close to everything, very safe place at night. Negative: The conditioning was upstairs above flowed over mine
