We loved our stay at this resort. The rooms are superb, modern, and very comfortable; we opted for the swim-out option, and it was a real treat to have direct access to the water from our terrace. As for the food, the à la carte restaurants pleasantly surprised us with their quality, with a particular favorite being the Steak House, which was excellent. The beach is magnificent, and although there was some seaweed the first few days, the situation improved significantly for the rest of the week. A superb resort that we highly recommend!

Apart from the Gourmet restaurant which was a big disappointment in terms of food and service, the rest of our stay was perfect.

Déçue en partie

They need to rethink their concept; customer service is not a priority. There's no food after 3am and 10am for adults, so you have to go to the family area. There's also a lack of music and entertainment during the day. If it weren't for Nutella and candy being there for a couple of hours a day to add some fun, it would have been really dull. The hotel layout is perfect, but I won't be going back. It was really boring, and I felt like I was bothering them when I went to order a drink at the bar.

Besoin de revoir sont concept, le service client n'est pas une priorité, pas de nourriture après 3h et 10h côté adultes, il faut aller du côté famille et manque de musique et animation durant la journée, si nutella et bonbon aurait pas été là un petit 2 heures par jour pour mettre un peu d'animation sa s'annonçait vraiment plate alors l'hôtel parfait pour la disposition mais je n'y retournerai pas, vraiment ennuient et j'avais l'impression de déranger quand j'allais me commander un verre au bar .
