A beautiful family trip
Un beau voyage en famille
We had to ask several times to change rooms because there were small bugs and no air conditioning in our first room. Also, we had asked our travel agency to put us in a room very close to our accommodation, but we were in four different blocks.
Il a juste fallu que nous demandions a plusieurs reprises pour changer de chambre car avait des petites bebitte et pas d air climatiser dans notre première chambre. Et aussi nous avions demander a notre agence de voyage d etre toute proche et nous étions dans 4 différents blocs.

A fantastic week. Nothing to complain about except that Mother Nature didn't want me to go to the sea because of the sargassum. Many people were swimming, but not me. Exceptional cleanliness everywhere. Perfect à la carte restaurant. Plenty of food.
Une semaine formidable. Rien a redire a part que dame nature ne voulais pas que j'aille a la.mer avec les sargasse. Plusieurs s'y baignais mais pas moi. Propreté exceptionnel partout. Resto a la carte parfait. Nourriture abondante

Les plage
The beaches were awful, lots of seaweed, only warm water, and the swim-out pool wasn't cleaned. The buffet was very good and the pool was beautiful, but there wasn't enough entertainment.

Good service overall but buffet and bars have a bad smell, room shows signs of wear, corrosion of mirrors/taps, housekeeping done quickly, dust and crumbs everywhere at check-in.
Bon service en général mais buffet et bars ont une mauvaise odeur, chambre montre signes usure, corrosion des miroirs/robinets, ménage vite fait, poussière et miettes partout au check in.

The hotel's location is exceptional.
Emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel
For peace and quiet on the beach... this is the place to be. The vendors aren't pushy, and the staff provides excellent service on the beach. The music is pleasant, but only during the activities organized by the animation team, who do a great job. The restaurants are particularly good; reservations aren't difficult to get, and every dish met our expectations. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and will likely return. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

More... Less...Les vendeurs ne sont pas harcelant le personnel fait un service parfait sur la plage. Musique agréable seulement le temps des activités organisées par l'équipe d'animation qui fait du bon travail .
Les restaurants sont spécialement bons pas difficile avoir des réservations et les assiettes ont toutes été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Je recommande cette hôte sans hésitation et y retournerai probablement
