POSITIVE = beach, Aqua water and very warm, - morning and evening the gentleman who passed with a blower to spray the site with a certain product for mosquitoes NEGATIVE: - HOURS: never respects meal times, always much later ... lunch supposedly 7.00 and one morning 8.20 and the others always 7.45, 8.00 am - ROOM: I saw the woman because I met her outside because I needed toilet paper otherwise for 7 days never came, toilet light that always flashes, almost no cold water for the shower so it was very hot to wash, the sink faucet broken, the patio door forget it .... so hard to open that you let it happen and on the balcony it is full of bird poop. The fridge door was broken, cold air was coming out. The safe didn't work at all. The quilt was so dirty, I examined the sheet very closely and slept in my leggings and cotton fleece set so as not to catch any bugs. The magnetic card to open the door was deprogramming itself, so I always had to go back to reception to reprogram it every three times. The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear the neighbors chatting and the TV or music very well, which are detrimental to your well-being. BUFFET: OMG, the birds are flying and picking at the trays and on our tables, the flies are everywhere in the food, I pointed them out and wrote to them in Spanish to tell them about hygiene that it wasn't clean, they told me the door was open 🤦‍♀️, I was looking for something to eat because I didn't recognize the types of dishes apart from rice and pasta. Every day I had strange discomfort, lucky I had brought medication And that was my week, I was so eager to come back...to wash myself and my personal belongings, and cook properly...

POSITIF = plage, l’eau Aqua et très chaude,
- matin et soir le monsieur qui passait avec un souffleur pour asperger le site avec un certains produits pour les moustiques

NÉGATIF :
- HEURES: respecte jamais les heures de repas , tjrs bcp plus tard …déjeuner supposé 7.00 et bien un matin 8.20 et les autres tjrs 7.45, 8.00 hres
- CHAMBRE : j’ai vu la femme pcq je l’ai croisé dehors car j’avais besoin de papier toilette sinon pour 7 jrs jamais venu , lumière toilette qui flasher tjrs , quasiment pas d’eau froide pour la douche alors c était très chaud se laver, le robinet du lavabo brisé, la porte patio oublie ça ….tellement dure à ouvrir que tu laisse faire et sur le balcon c’est pleins de caca d’oiseaux.
Le frigidaire la porte était brisé l’air froid sortait
Coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas du tout
Le couvre pied tellement sale , j’ai examiné de très près le drap et j’ai couché avec mon ensemble de leggings et coton ouaté pour pas attrapé des bebittes
La carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte se déprogrammait tt seule alors tjrs obliger de retourner à la réception la reprogrammer une fois sur trois
Les murs sont en carton , tu entends très bien les voisins jaser et la tv ou la musique qui nuisent à ton bien être
BUFFET : OMG , les oiseaux volent et pigent dans les plateaux et sur nos tables, les mouches sont partout dans la nourriture , je leur indiquait et leur écrivait en espagnol pour leur dire l’hygiène que c’était pas propre , ils me répondent la porte est ouverte 🤦‍♀️, je cherchait quoi manger tellement je ne reconnaissait pas les sortes de plats à part le riz et les pâtes
Tous les jours j’avais de drôles de malaises, une chance que j’avais apporté des médicaments
Et voilà ma semaine, j’avais tellement hâte de revenir …de me laver et laver mes effets personnel, et me faire à manger proprement….

Only 43 tourists on site (5 French speakers) No magic and nothing wow anymore 😐 the bosses who yell at the workers in front of everyone. (Buffet and bar). Very sad atmosphere 😬

We always ate at the buffet and since there were only 43 people, the buffet was served for a few days at different locations. We had eggs and omelets almost every morning. Lunch: a wide variety of meats, fish, shrimp, and soup. Dinner: pasta, meat, and fish. We ate well. The milkshake in the morning was very good. Good variety of vegetables. The restrooms in the common areas were clean, always toilet paper, soap, and hand paper. The large beach was beautiful and we were often alone for part of the afternoon. The facilities at the pool: many palapas and very new chairs. At the beach, there were many new palapas, beds, and swings. Small resort, friendly and respectful staff. Beautiful shows in the evening. Old Sol Cayo Guillermo takes more than an hour by bus with stops. Really enjoyed our experience.

Nous avons toujours mangé au buffet et comme il n'y avait que 43 personnes, le buffet a été servi pendant quelques jours à des endroits différents. Nous avions des oeufs et omelettes presque tous les matins. Dîner beaucoup de choix de viandes, poissons, crevettes et soupe. Souper pâtes,viandes et poissons. Nous avons bien mangé. Milkshake le matin très bon, Bonne variété de légumes. Propreté des toilettes dans les endroits communs, toujours papier de toilette, savon et papier à main. La grande plage magnifique et nous étions souvent seules une partie de l'après-midi. Les installations au niveau de la piscine: beaucoup de palapas et de chaises très récentes.
À la plage beaucoup de chaises neuves de palapas, lits et balançoires. Petit resort, personnel aimable et respectueux. Beaux spectacles le soir. Ancien Sol Cayo Guillermo ça prend plus autour d'une heure en autobus avec les arrêts. Bien aimé notre expérience

Air conditioning not working at the buffet, so they opened the windows... conclusion flies everywhere, otherwise it was perfect for the price paid

Air climatisé non fonctionnel au buffet, donc ils ont ouverts les fenêtres... conclusion des mouches partout, sinon c'était parfait pour le prix payé

The beach was beautiful. We adjusted our expectations based on Cuban reality (food, activities, etc.). Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very welcoming, prioritizing people who spoke perfect Spanish (especially at the bar). I won't be going back.

La plage était magnifique. On a ajusté nos attentes par rapport à la réalité cubaine (nourriture, activités...). Malheuresement le personnel n'était pas vraiment acceuillant, priorisant les gens qui parlent parfaitement l'espagnol (surtout au bar). Je n'y retournerai pas.
