Located along the pristine shores of Cayo Largo, Sol Cayo Largo is the perfect vacation option for eco-excursions or beach-lovers. The resort sits directly on a white sand beach dotted with palms where during the day guests can enjoy a variety of complimentary non-motorized water sports including snorkelling and kayaking. Known for their turtle program, in collaboration with the Commission for the Environment, the resort guards and protects the eggs after moving them to an incubation area. At certain times of year, guests are also invited to watch the sea turtles lay their eggs, and from May to November guests they can watch the tiny turtles be released into the ocean - so be sure to bring your camera! The resort offers plenty of other activities too, including lively evening entertainment in the Party Hall and varied land sports such archery, giant chess, and tennis. Spend some time in the saltwater pool or relax under a scenic pergola. Choose from three restaurants including two à la carte options and one international buffet.
