The beautiful beach, its cleanliness, and turquoise waters are much appreciated. The staff is praised for its kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service. Furthermore, the hotel grounds are often described as beautiful and well-maintained, with lush vegetation. The rooms are generally clean and spacious, and the à la carte restaurants are considered good. However, the buffet food is sometimes deemed repetitive or of inconsistent quality. The hotel is also occasionally perceived as aging and in need of renovations.

A place to recharge
Un endroit pour ce ressourcer
My first solo trip and I loved it. I went for six days, from January 29th to February 4th. A small chalet with four bedrooms, or two like twin rooms. Comfortable. There was always meat to grill and pasta to choose from. Otherwise, it was just like usual in Cuba. The hotel was very quiet, so there was no wait at the bar. The cappuccinos are very good. The beach is magnificent, and the lunch buffet, weather permitting, is at the beach restaurant and wow! The staff were kind and attentive, as always. It's an adults-only hotel, but you can feel that it's very "family-oriented"; people know each other and come back often. In short, I loved it! The only downside was the pool, which needed some TLC. But otherwise, it exceeded my expectations.

Good, and we lacked nothing.
The food is very good, it's not a 5-star hotel but you won't lack anything and the staff are extraordinary.

The hotel was okay, but it's Cuba!
Hôtel correct mais c'est Cuba !
We stayed at the hotel from February 10th to 17th, 2026. This was our third visit to this hotel in 11 months. The staff were as welcoming and friendly as ever, despite the situation in the country. The room was superb, large, and always clean, with a 1.5L bottle of water provided daily. As for the food, it's Cuba, so there's no variety; it's the same thing three times a day. The buffet was always closed at lunchtime, so dinner was at the beach snack bar, and there wasn't a huge selection. I advise everyone to bring plenty of mosquito repellent, as we had mosquitoes every evening. You can also bring medication for the Cubans; we did, and it was greatly appreciated, as they unfortunately don't have access to much. Also, for those with a sweet tooth, bring some treats, as desserts are practically nonexistent. There were only 60 of us during our week, so it was very peaceful. Let's just say it's a place for total relaxation!

Unique place
Endroit unique
Two weeks in this unique place where the beach has a naturist section, and where the super welcoming staff have brought us back at least eight times. And rest assured, the food is plentiful and very good.
