Having been aware of the risks, this was my first trip to Cuba. The only things to mention are that the evening buffet is very repetitive and the music in the lobby is very loud and might disturb early birds. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent and varied, the beach is stunning, the staff very kind and welcoming, the resort is very clean, the rooms are lovely, although the bathrooms are slightly outdated, and the gym and health center are well-equipped and clean. We didn't lack anything except ice cream for the first two days.
En étant en connaissance de cause, premier voyage à Cuba. Les seules choses à dire serait que le buffet du soir est très redondant et que la musique au lobby le soir est tres forte et peut déranger les couches-tot. Le buffet du matin et le midi, rien à dire c'était très bon et varié, la plage est sublime, le staff très gentil et accueillant, le site est très propre, les chambres sont belles, mais les salles de bain légèrement désuètes, gym et centre santé complets et propres. Nous avons rien manqué sauf de la glace les 2 premiers jours.

Extremely disappointing. The room had mold, outdated furniture, and several appliances were out of order. Nothing was properly maintained. Everything was lacking: toilet paper was often unavailable, there was no ice, and basic services were insufficient. For $1,240 per person, this is completely unacceptable. The value for money is catastrophic.
