Hello, you want my feedback on a very nice hotel? I didn't have hot water all week after asking the reception desk four times to fix it. Showering in cold water for a week isn't easy... There were two of us, and we both got sick with vomiting and diarrhea. The contamination came from the food, which was reused daily, so if we saw the bacteria, it would be quite alarming. And we weren't the only ones who got sick in this small hotel. The room service was very good, but we won't be going back. Cuba is over for us. Thank you.

Vous voulez mes commentaires sur un très bel hotel, je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude de la semaine après avoir demandé au ''Desk'' à 4 reprises de nous réparer l'eau chaude, douche à l'eau froide pendante une semaine c'est pas facile... Nous étions 2 et nous avons été malade tous les deux, vomissement et diarrhée, la contamination vient de la nourriture qui revient à chaque jour et revient encore, donc si on verrait les bactéries ce serait assez impressionnant et nous n'avons pas été les seuls à être malade dans ce petit hôtel, très bon service aux chambres mais on n'y retournera plus, c'est terminé CUBA pour nous. Merci

The butler was unnecessary, which is why I didn't like the buffet (some people had large shrimp, but with an extra charge). And the Coral restaurant... ugh, always the same thing and very ordinary. I managed to get a table at the à la carte restaurant on the 6th and 7th days; they were good, but they were out of white wine. However, some people did manage to get some, which is a shame because the resort is very beautiful. For me, that's the end of Cuba.

Major d’homme n’a pas lieu d’être ce que je n’est pas aimée le buffet (il en a qui avaient de grosses crevettes mais avec …..$) et resto Corail ouffff toujours la même chose et très ordinaire j’ai réussi à avoir le 6 et 7 ieme jours resto à la carte eux c’était bon plus de vin blanc par contre il en avait qui réussissait à en avoir dommage car le resort très beau pour ma part c’est terminé Cuba

We loved the tranquility of the Coral with its private pool; the staff seemed much less stressed than at the Iberostar Selection, and the service was impeccable. Even though it can get repetitive, we never tired of the omelets for lunch and the grilled food for dinner, and there was no wait. The mattress was very comfortable, and there was no disturbing noise on the property.

Nous avons adoré la tranquilité qu'offre le Coral avec sa piscine privée, le personnel paraît vraiment moins stressé que le Iberostar Sélection et le service est impeccable.

Même si ça peut être répétitif, on ne se lasse pas des omelettes pour déjeuner et des grillades pour dîner et il n'y a pas de temps d'attente.

Le matelas était très confortable et aucun bruit dérangeant sur le site.

The Iberostar Holguin Coral section has only 60 rooms for adults (very clean and quiet)... the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds... The staff and service are impeccable... The food at the Coral restaurant is really very good and varied for lunch and dinner (buffet) and for dinner (à la carte)... We had access to the Selection (family) section, which is much noisier than the Coral section... A super pleasant and relaxing stay!!!

Iberostar Holguin section CORAL possède seulement 60 chambres pour adultes (très propre et tranquille) ... les chambres sont spacieuses avec un lit très confortable ... Le personnel et le service offert est impeccable ... La nourriture au restaurant CORAL vraiment très bonne et variée pour le déjeuner et le dîner (buffet) et pour le souper (à la carte) ... Nous avons accès à la section SÉLECTION (familiale) qui est beaucoup plus bruyante que la section CORAL ... Un séjour super agréable et relaxant !!!
