The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, making for very pleasant stays. Ideally located in the city center. However, the resort is starting to need some TLC, attention, and investment. Unfortunately, there's also now an influx of Russians, with all that entails… I've been a repeat customer twice a year for many years.

The hotel is outdated but well-located. Room service in room 2233, block 2, was very poor, not to say mediocre. It was unclean, even though we requested more service. The reception was adequate but inefficient despite our repeated complaints. The food was good, and the air conditioning was in need of maintenance and had missing vents. The emergency service was excellent; I needed it for an infection. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and reassuring.

Hôtel désuet mais bien localisé service au chambre 2233 au bloc 2 très faible pour ne pas dire médiocre. Mal propre même si nous demandions plus de service . Accueil bien mais peu efficace malgré nos plaintes à répétition . Bonne nourriture air climatisé manque d’entretien et de ailettes , servir d’urgent très bien j’ai eu besoin de ce service pour infection très à l’écoute bien et sécurisant
