Very nice hotel, quiet, place to relax. Positive: Place to relax, very quiet, friendly people, very good food, very clean. We will definitely return. Negative: A bit of rock when entering the water. Be careful when entering and leaving the water, especially for people with reduced mobility and the elderly. Some unsmiling employees at the restaurant on the dock. Very expensive at the resort. Some locals come to sell you their things. There is a traveling woman who collects your glasses or plates and will ask you to go get her food and drinks. She sells very meager necklaces. A bit unpleasant... expensive activities.

Nous y retournerons pour sur. Négatif : Un peu de roche en entrant dans leau. Attentio
en entrant et sortant de l'eau surtout pour mobilité réduite et personnes âgées. Quelques employes pas souriant au restot sur le quai. CTres dispendieux sur le resort.Certains locaux viennent vous vendre leurs choses. Il y a une itinérante qui ramasse vos verres ou assiettes et vas vous demander d'aller lui chercher de la nouriture et boisson elle vend des colliers tres maigre.un peu désagréable...activités dispendieuse.

Despite a superb vacation, Sunwing has work to do in renovations, staff training to get everything back in hand. Outdated rooms, safe with number that only works with a few digits (the others don't work)

Malgré de superbe vacances, Sunwing a de l'ouvrage a faire en rénovation, training de personnel pour bien reprendre le tout en main. L`hôtel qui n'avait pas été plein depuis longtemps n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée dimanche le 13. manque de personnel. chambre pas pr^3te pour beaucoup.et ce jusqu'à 19:00 Positif : belle plage, mer superbe (besoin de souliers d'eau pour l'entrée. Serviettes dans la chambre douces et grandes ainsi que celles de la plage. Bouffe pas variée mais goûteuse. drinks bons resto à la carte très bon. WI FI partout sur le site et gratuit Négatif : buffet trop petit, donc longue file pour s'asseoir et pour se servir, manque de personnel, pas assez de palapas. chambres vétuses, coffre fort à numéro qui marche seulement à quelques chiffres (les autres marchent pas)

hôtel très vieillot, piscine trop petite, Positif : Meme si le buffet est très petit la nourriture très bonne, la plage est belle Négatif : Manque d'organisation il y a du personnel très gentil et d'autre pas souriant surtout a la réception.
