My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the beach and the pool. I really liked the swim-up bar; there were a lot of choices for cocktails and mocktails. Also, the food was good. I especially liked the Coconut Grill. Regarding customer service, there are some areas that need improvement. There were some very welcoming waitresses who provided good service, but others were cold and we felt like we were bothering them. Also, we had to go directly to the reception desk to get new shower and beach towels because it had been 3 days since anyone had come. Finally, we were charged $10 if we wanted a maid to come and make our bed, even though we paid a fee for the service.

Moi et mon copain on a beaucoup aimé la plage et la piscine. J'ai beaucoup aimé le bar dans la piscine, il y avait beaucoup de choix de cocktails et de mocktails. Aussi, la nourriture était bonne. J'ai particulièrement aimé le Coconut Grill. Du côté du service à la clientèle, il y a certains points à retravailler. Il y avait des serveuses très accueillantes et qui nous ont offert un bon service, mais d'autres étaient froides et on avait l'impression de les déranger. Aussi, il a fallu aller directement à la réception pour qu'ils nous donnent des nouvelles serviettes de douche et de plage, car ça faisait 3 jours que personnes n'étaient venu. Finalement, nous étions chargé 10$ si on voulait qu'une femme de ménage vienne faire notre lit alors qu'on a payer des frais pour avoir un service.
