Just okay, not a wow for me.
Correct sans plus, pas un wow pour moi.

We had to ask two days in a row why our room wasn't cleaned. We asked for an extra blanket, but we never received one. Two days without hot water.

On doit demander deux jours de suite pourquoi notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyé. On demande une couverture de plus, nous ne l’avons jamais reçu. Deux jours sans eau chaude.

Beach with very little seaweed cleaned
Plage avec algues très peu nettoyée

Old but clean site, good drinks and food. Shows are not worth it. Mandatory waits are unnecessary to eat, even at the buffet. Pools and beach are lacking chairs. Lots of sargassum and poorly maintained, so practically unswimmable.

Site vieillot mais propre, bonnes boissons et nourriture. Spectacles n'en valent pas la peine. Attentes obligatoires inutiles pour aller manger même au buffet. Piscines et plage manquent de chaises. Beaucoup de sargasse et peu entretenu donc pratiquement non baignable.

We didn't pay much so our expectations were low. Resort clean but lacking a bit of love. Big irritant, big lack of chairs on the beach, people get up at 5am to go reserve chairs with a headlamp, for me, vacation doesn't mean setting a clock for 5am.

Nous n’avons pas payé cher alors nos attentes étaient réduites. Resort propre mais qui manque un peu d’amour.
Grand irritant, grand manque de chaises a la plage, les gens se lèvent a 5hrs pour aller réserver des chaises avec une lampe frontale, pour ma part, les vacances ne signifie pas de mettre un cadran a 5 hr.

Very old hotel complex, falling into disrepair!
Très vieux complexe hôtelier, tombe en ruine!

In dire need of major renovations. Strong smell of damp in the room, really basic bedding. No variety of food at the buffet, nothing extraordinary. Lack of beach and pool lounge chairs (we had to get up at 6:00 a.m. to reserve 2 chairs!) 2 out of 4 à la carte restaurants were good. Practically no service at all from the AirTransat agent.

Énormément besoin de rénovations majeures. Forte odeur d humidité dans la chambre, literie vraiment de base. Pas de variété de nourriture au buffet, rien d extraordinaire. Manque de chaises longues de plage et à la piscine ( on devait se lever à 6h00am pour réserver 2 chaises!) 2 sur 4 resto à la carte de bons. Pratiquement pas de service sue place de l agent d AirTransat.
