beautiful hotel in itself (but barely a 4* given the state of the rooms), all the staff really nice (except at the Sunnyside Grill, 2 different evenings, a disaster), clean everywhere, well maintained; you have to insist a little if you don't want to participate in the "time sharing", BUT ... too bad for the catering Positive: a always warm welcome at the Windows-buffet and in the nice little corners like the Coco Cafe don't miss The Olive Branch: here the cooking was really as requested, unfortunately we tried it only on the last evening... Negative: The "geotubes" are there to protect the environment and the beach, but unfortunately it has greatly reduced the surface area - on the other hand, for tourists who like to take beautiful walks: go left or right, and you will have long walks in sight :-) the Windows: only the buffet/breakfast was rather good (the Kaleidoscope was closed in April), the lunch and dinner buffets were in "warmers" except when you have them prepared on site of course; the à la carte restaurants: we left the table during the meal at Sunnyside on the first evening: already the welcome was like a bucket of ice, in addition we had insisted on cooking the salmon ("por favor, poco poco hecho") and received two pieces of very different weight and cooked/dry thoroughly :-( We wanted to give it another chance later in the week, but no... it doesn't work, unfortunately; the Chopstick: like almost all "Japanese" restaurants in hotels, that is to say: okay, nothing more; Da Mario was simply not good at all Once again: change and improve the quality of food, and people will no longer compare this hotel to hotels in Cuba

ne manquez pas The Olive Branch: ici la cuisson était vraiment telle que demandée, malheureusement on l'a essayé le dernier soir seulement... Négatif : Les "geotubes" sont là pour protéger l'environnement et la plage, mais malheureusement ça a réduit énormément la superficie - par contre, pour les touristes qui aiment prendre de belles marches: allez à gauche ou à droite, et vous aurez de longues promenades en vue :-)
le Windows : il n'y a que le buffet/petit-déjeuner qui était plutôt bien (le Kaleidoscope était fermé en avril), les buffets du midi et soir étaient dans des "réchauds" sauf quand vous faites préparer sur place bien sur;
les restos à la carte: nous avons quitté la table pendant le repas au Sunnyside le 1er soir: déjà l'accueil était comme un seau de glace, en plus nous avions insisté pour la cuisson du saumon ("por favor, poco poco hecho") et avons reçu deux morceaux de poids très différent et cuits/secs à fond :-( On a voulu donner une autre chance plus tard dans la semaine, mais non... ça ne fonctionne pas, malheureusement;
le Chopstick: comme presque tous les restos "japonais" dans les hôtels, c'est à dire: correcte, sans plus;
Da Mario n'était simplement pas bon du tout
Encore une fois: changez et améliorez la qualité de nourriture, et les gens ne compareront plus cet hôtel aux hôtels de Cuba
