We have to take the Sunclub extra…
On doit prendre l’extra Sunclub…

We were happy to have a good price for the trip, but we quickly realized that to get decent service and a nice room, we had to pay $600 Canadian upon arrival for the SunClub privileges: better room, better buffet, better pool. Several annoyances were eliminated when we paid the extra on our second day. It's worth noting that the beach isn't on the same level as Cuba; Cuba is a star-rated resort. Watch the hotel's YouTube videos to better understand what the SunClub includes. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation at this hotel.

Il y a eu plusieurs irritants éliminés lorsque nous avons payé l’extra à notre seconde journée. À noter que la plage n’est pas du même niveau que Cuba; Cuba étant une étoile de plus. Regardez les vidéos YouTube sur l’hôtel pour mieux comprendre ce qu’inclu le SunClub. Neanmoins, nous avons passé de belles vacances à cet hôtel.

We had a lovely week, friendly staff, good service everywhere. We went there to recharge our batteries. A word of caution: the Sunclub is worthless since nobody has a wristband; everyone goes everywhere. We had a room with a swim-out section, which was supposed to be reserved for adults, but it's no longer the case. Swimming in the sea was impossible due to too much sargassum seaweed. That's nature for you.

Nous y allions pour recharger les batteries.

Attention: Le sunclub ne vaut rien puisque personne a de bracelet, tout le monde va partout.

Nous avions une chambre avec swim out, cette section devait être réserver aux adultes, ce n'est plus le cas.
Impossible de se baigner dans la mer, trop de sargasses. Ça c'est la nature.

Beautiful, clean place. The à la carte restaurants are excellent, except the buffet leaves something to be desired. The rooms have no place to store clothes, but they are clean. The staff are courteous and smiling.
