The rooms are large and clean. There's enough pool space for everyone, the evening buffet is very varied compared to the breakfast and lunch buffets, but the meals are good and well-spiced.
Les chambres sont grande et propres. Ils y'a assez de piscine pour tout le monde, le buffet du soir est très varies comparer a ceux du matin et de midi, mais les repas sont bon bien épicées.

Don't come to Punta Cana in July. It was the worst trip I've ever taken. The beach was full of sargassum seaweed, and the few times we managed to swim, we had brown deposits on our bodies and swimsuits. It's not mentioned anywhere, but the hotel is next to a marina, and you're constantly bombarded with tour vendors who bother you every 15 minutes. It's impossible to relax in peace. You have to pay extra to be a Sun Club member to avoid being hassled, but the beach isn't any nicer on that side. Be aware that there are two children's playgrounds, and they start screaming at 8:00 AM. There will be no next time for me at this hotel.
Ne pas venir en juillet à Punta cana. C'est le pire voyage que j'ai fait, la plage était pleines de sargasses et les quelques fois que l'on sait baigner, nous avions des dépôts bruns sur le corp et costume de bain.
More... Less...Ce n'est pas indiqué nul part, mais l'hôtel est à côté d'une marina et vous avez beaucoup de vendeurs d'excursion qui vous dérange à toutes les 15 minutes. Impossible de se reposer en paix...
IL faut payer un extra pour être membre SUN CLUB pour ne pas se faire achale, mais la plage n'est pas plus belle de ce côté. Attention, il y a 2 parcs pour enfant et ça commence à crier à 8H du matin....
IL n'y aura pas de prochaine fois pour moi dans cet hotel...

Overall, it's a nice hotel with all the amenities, but if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this isn't it. It's too crowded everywhere. In the main pool, it's impossible to find a spot, let alone swim, unless you arrive at 9:00 AM. The beach is the same: too many people on the sand, the water was disgusting, with seaweed held back by a barrier a little further out, and in the water, it feels like swimming in a dark-bottomed pond. The food was nothing special; there's variety, yes, but it's not high-end. The themed restaurants are so crowded in this hotel that the wait is endless. We managed to eat twice: once at the Mexican restaurant, which had good food, and once at the Chinese restaurant, which was mediocre and incredibly noisy. We couldn't wait to leave the restaurant because the chefs were doing demonstrations in the same room as the Japanese restaurant. If you don't arrive by 4:30 PM to reserve the Japanese restaurant, you're left with only the Chinese. The rooms were generally okay, although there was a musty smell in some rooms in blocks 3 and 4; I have no idea about the others. The staff were very active and helpful, always pleasant and smiling – that was the only positive aspect of the stay. In short, this isn't the right place for a peaceful holiday. I won't be back.
Dans l ensemble c'est un bel hôtel avec toutes les commodités, mais si vous cherchez un hôtel tranquil pour se reposer ce n est pas le bon endroit trop de monde partout , dans la piscine principale impossible de trouver une place pour s installer encore mois pour nager si tu déplace 9h00.
More... Less...À la plage c est pareil trop de monde sur le sable, l eau était dégoûtante des algues retenu pas une barrière un peu vers le large et dans l eau on a l impression de nager dans un étang fond noir.
La restauration était sans plus y a de la variété oui mais c'est pas de la haute gamme.
Les restaurants à thème, tellement de monde dans cette hôtel attente est interminable, on a réussi à mangé 2 fois, 1 mexicain bonne nouriture et chinois moyen avec un bruit impressionnant hâte de partir du restaurant à cause des chefs qui font démonstration dans la même pièce pour le japonnais car si tu n arrive pas à16h30 pour réservé le japonais il te reste que le chinois.
Les chambres étaient correct dans l ensemble même si des odeurs de moisissures dans certaines chambres dans le bloc 3 et 4 les autres aucune idées.
Le personnel il est très actif et serviable toujours agréable et souriant c est la seule bonne note du séjour.
En résumé, pour des vacances en toute tranquilité ce n est pas le bon endroit.
Je ne reviendrai plus.

It's a large resort, but it needs renovations. The resort is outdated, and the rooms haven't been renovated. Upon arrival, we were given a room in block 17, on the fourth floor—the furthest room from the entire resort. We were very disappointed and requested a room near the pool, between blocks 9 and 11. We were given a ground-floor room in block 11. Be warned, room 11118 was extremely humid. The dehumidifier provided had to be running day and night. The temperature in the room was 26°C (79°F). The air conditioning didn't work very well. The hotel's à la carte restaurants are very poorly organized. Reservations weren't possible, so we had to wait outside the Mexican restaurant for an hour or two. Apparently, the system will change in August. I hope so for those traveling there soon. The buffets are quite ordinary. I didn't eat anything particularly good. There are several bars on the property, which is a plus for this hotel. My 17-year-old son was able to drink all week since we didn't have wristbands. I find this disappointing for a parent who can't be with their son all day and evening. I saw teenagers drinking too much and getting very sick. As for the sea, it was a complete disappointment. The beach is beautiful until you get close to the water. The sargassum seaweed is causing a lot of damage. The water isn't clear; it's full of microalgae. They've put up barriers offshore, but nothing is being collected. It's very disappointing to go to the south and not be able to swim in the sea.
Il s’agit d’un grand site, mais qui nécessite des rénovations. Le site est vieillot, les chambres ne sont pas rénovées. À notre arrivée, il nous avait donné la chambre dans le bloc 17, au quatrième étage. La chambre la plus loin de tout le site. Nous avons été très déçu et nous avons demandé une chambre près de la piscine entre le bloc neuf et 11. Nous avons eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée dans le bloc 11. Attention, la chambre, 11118, énormément d’humidité. Il fallait que le déshumidificateur qui nous avait été donné dans la chambre fonctionne nuit et jour. Il faisait 26° dans la chambre. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas très bien.
More... Less...Pour les restaurants à la carte, l’hôtel est très mal organisé. Il n’y avait pas de réservation possible donc nous devions attendre devant la porte du restaurant mexicain pendant une heure ou deux. Il paraît qu’au mois d’août, le système changera. Je le souhaite pour ceux qui vont voyager prochainement.
Les buffets sont assez ordinaires. Je n’ai pas mangé quelque chose de franchement très bon.
Il y a plusieurs bars sur le site. C’est un point positif pour cet hôtel.
Mon fils de 17 ans a pu boire de la boisson toute la semaine, puisque nous n’avions pas de bracelet. Je trouve cet aspect désolant pour un parent qui ne peut être derrière son fils toute la journée et la soirée. J’ai vu des adolescents, trop boire et être très malades.
Pour ce qui est de la mer, déception totale. La plage est belle jusqu’à ce qu’on soit prêt de l’eau. Les sargasses font beaucoup de dommages. L’eau n’est pas claire, elle est pleine de micro algues. Ils ont mis des barrières au large, mais rien n’est ramassé. Très désolant d’aller dans le sud et ne pas pouvoir se baigner dans la mer.
