Sunscape Dominican Beach Punta Cana

We were disappointed by the à la carte restaurants, the buffet was good though. The beach and the sea opposite is under repair. The entertainment was around the pool and there were never any free chairs and it was very noisy. The staff and the room were very good as well as the site in general. Nous avons été déçus par les Resto à la carte, le buffet était bien par contre.
La plage et la mer en face est en rêparation.
L'animation se faisait autour de la piscine et il n'y avait jamais de chaises de libres et c'était des plus bruyant. Le personnel et la chambre était très bien ainsi que le site en général. Positif : Bel hôtel très propre personnel attentionné et courtois Négatif : La plage et les resto à la carte

We traveled to the Sunscape Dominican Beach on April 7, 2017. The resort on arrival can be frightening. We arrive in a small hall for the registration, but we are welcomed as a guest. We bought the special room package for the day. We were assigned a VIP section room no less. The complex is new and is paired with the larger Sunscape Bavaro beach. in this section you will find the à la carte restaurants and facilities. We got the full VIP. WIFI, tapa and private bar, special attention to the total what, do not know if the rooms sound the same, but our room was really spacious with 2 queen beds and 2 showers. New furniture, everything was perfect. For the food, nothing to complain about. No reservation for the a la carte restaurants, we introduce ourselves and if there is room we let you in. Since there is no reservation, we can go around the restaurants or just wait until it is free. The food is excellent. In the VIP section called SunClub, you are entitled to a pool reserved for members. Always 2 servers offer you with your friendliness your favorite drinks and other special attentions (Fruits, wet towel, beach towel ...) In both complexes you can change your towels at any time without having to deposit a card , which we appreciated however, as people are what they are, many do not report this to deposits. Which means that places are free, but they seem busy. The evening ends at the big hall of Bavaro. Be sure to have a Brazilian coffee, they are excellent and served by a friendly staff. For Gym enthusiasts, you will be entitled to new and varied equipment installed in a large, fresh and clean space. The beach is probably the only obstacle to getting 5 stars. It has suffered the onslaught of a hurricane that has caused much havoc, but they are working hard to solve this problem. This should not be an obstacle, as in its present state it is well worth some beaches of Mexico. I highly recommend this property. Nous avons voyagé au dit Sunscape Dominican Beach le 7 avril 2017. le complexe à l'arrivé peut faire peur. Nous arrivons dans un petit hall pour l'inscription, mais nous somme accueilli en invité. Nous avions acheté le forfait chambre spécial du jour. On nous assigne une chambre section VIP rien de moins. Le complexe est neuf et est jumelé au Sunscape Bavaro beach qui lui est plus grand. c'est dans cette section que se trouvent les installations et restaurants à la carte. Nous avons eu droit au VIP total. WIFI, tapa et bar privé, attention particulière la total quoi, Je ne sais pas si les chambres son tout pareil, mais la notre était vraiment spacieuse avec 2 grands lits et 2 douches. Mobilier neuf, tout était parfait. Pour la bouffe, rien à redire. Pas de réservation pour les restaurants à la carte, on se présente et s'il y a de la place on vous laisse entrer. Comme il n'y a pas de réservation, on peut faire le tour des restos ou simplement attendre que ça se libère. La nourriture est excellente.
Dans la section VIP dite SunClub, vous avez droit à une piscine réservée aux membres. Toujours 2 serveurs vous offrent avec une grande gentillesse vos boissons préférées et d'autres attentions particulières (Fruits, serviette humide, serviette de plage...)
Dans les 2 complexes, vous pouvez changer vos serviettes à tout moment sans avoir à déposer une carte, chose que nous avons appréciée cependant, les gens étant ce qu'ils sont, plusieurs ne rapportent pas celle-ci aux dépôts. Ce qui veut dire que des places sont libre, mais ils semblent occupés.
Les fins de soirée se passent au grand hall du Bavaro. Ne manquez pas de prendre un café brésilien, ils sont excellents et servis par un personnel accueillant. Pour les amateurs de Gym, vous aurez droit à de l'équipement neuf et varié installé dans un grand espace frais et propre.

La plage est probablement le seul obstacle à l'obtention des 5 étoiles. Elle a subi les assauts d'un ouragan qui a causé beaucoup de ravage, mais ils travaillent fort pour résoudre ce problème. Ceci ne doit pas être un obstacle, car dans son état actuel, elle vaut bien certaines plages du Mexique.

Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Positif : Endroit pour relaxer et se resourcer Négatif : Rien à redire, je laisse ceci aux gens qui se plaise à le faire, ce sont ces gens qui n'arrivent pas à décrocher même en voyage.

Personnelle chaleureux. Très belle hôtel et très bonne nourriture. Positif : Beaucoup d'activité pour toute la famille. belle endroit propre et personne a vos petits soins. Négatif : Vendeur sur le site présent 2-3 fois par semaines, Il sont très accaparent et très menteur sur la marchandise qu'ils vendent. Il te charge très cher pour de faux objets. Autre point négatif la plage avait beaucoup d'algue, mais qu'elle plage en se moment n'en n'ont pas. Les boissons alcoolisé étais plutôt désuet. Manque de glace dans les verres et alcool plutôt diluer. Les climatiseurs dans les chambre ne fonctionnais pas toujours par contre les employés de la maintenance était disponible sur demande pour réglé le problème immédiatement.

Complex right size: not too big, not too small. Good service at reception. Decent and clean room. Good selection of buffet meals. The a la carte restaurants are okay, nothing more. Positive: Endless beach, perfect for long walks. The coffee bar is a must: at least twice a day ... clean and well laid out complex. Negative: Beach clean more or months. Gasoline odors: too much traffic of motorboats near the beach ... Sea water a bit scrambled. Too aggressive vendors harass you constantly.

Complexe de bonne dimension: pas trop grand, pas trop petit. Bon service à la réception. Chambre correct et propre. Bon choix de repas au buffet. Les restaurants à la carte sont corrects, sans plus. Bon animation et spectacles acceptable. Longue plage sans fin. La propreté de la plage inconstante. L'eau de la mer est plus ou mois claire. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Positif : Plage interminable, parfait pour de longues marches. Le bar café est un incontournable: au moins deux fois par jour... Complexe propre et bien aménagé. Négatif : Plage plus ou mois propre. Odeurs d'essence: trop de circulation de bateaux à moteur près de la plage... Eau de mer un peu brouillé. Trop de vendeurs agressif qui vous harassent sans cesse.

I loved my trip to Punta Cana (Hotel Barcelo Dominican Beach), everything was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, we ate well all week, the a la carte restaurants are fantastic. The beach, wow! very big, there are always chairs available, no need to worry about finding a place.

J'ai adoré mon voyage à Punta Cana (Hotel Barcelo Dominican Beach), tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé. L'hotel était très propre, bien entretenu, nous avons bien mangé toute la semaine, les restaurants à la carte sont fantastiques. La plage, wow ! très grande, il y a toujours des chaises disponibles, pas besoin de s'inquiéter pour trouver de la place.
