BRACELET: NO BRACELETS IN THIS RESORT…POSITIVE WI-FI: FREE AND WORKS VERY WELL EVERYWHERE, BOTH IN OUR ROOM AND ON THE BEACH. We had to reset after a week…phew! Pool: Very large pool accessible to all with direct access to the bar. The only slight drawback is that children should be directed to the children's side as they play on the stairs and often block access to the pool. Overall: We greatly enjoyed our 3-week stay at the Sunset Dorado Pacifico Ixtapa for the second year in a row, and this is just goodbye for now. See you next year! The excellent service from the staff and the food are impeccable and worthy of a 5-star rating.

Pleasant, well-maintained hotel.
Hôtel agréable bien entretenu.
Good service overall from all the staff, clean hotel for its age. In terms of food, there are theme nights and 3 restaurants without reservation alternating. However, some items on the menu are sold out early. The quality of the food is okay, but meat is rare at the buffet. The Snack bar is horrible, food truck style with 3-4 choices and it's full of bird droppings on the chairs and you can't take the food elsewhere. The drink service at the beach and around the pool is very good. It's a quiet hotel, lobby bar you can watch hockey games, shows end early and the night bar is very discreet and not very crowded.
Bon service en général de l'ensemble du personnel, hôtel propre pour son âge. Au niveau de la nourriture il y a des soirées thématiques et 3 restaurants sans réservation en alternance. Par contre, certains items de la carte sont épuisé tôt. La qualité de la nourriture est correcte, mais les viandes sont rares au buffet. Le Snack bar est horrible, style food Truck avec 3-4 choix et c'est plein d'excréments d'oiseaux sur les chaises et on ne peut pas apporter la nourriture ailleurs. Le service des drinks à la plage et autour de la piscine est très bon. C'est un hôtel tranquille, bar du lobby on peut regarder les match de hockey, les spectacles finissent tôt et le bar de nuit est très discret et peu fréquenté.

Ixtapa is a super beautiful city surrounded by mountains. Our hotel is very well located, we could go out at night on foot and it is very safe. The hotel offers super good food. Good menu variety. It is a quiet hotel. The beach is super beautiful. You can walk for a long time at sunset. There is life! It was a super beautiful vacation!
Ixtapa est une super de belle ville entourée de montagne. Notre hôtel est très bien situé, on pouvait sortir le soir a pied et c'est très sécuritaire. L'hôtel propose de la nourriture super bonne. Bonne variété de menu. C'est un hôtel tranquille. La plage est super belle. On peut marcher longtemps au couché du soleil. Il y a de la vie ! ce fut de supers belles vacances!
