The hotel is generally good. The staff is very friendly. There were some shortcomings at the bar, and many cocktails were unavailable. The buffet lacked variety, which was one of our biggest disappointments. The vendors on the beach completely prevented us from enjoying it in peace. This was a major frustration during our stay.

This place is sorely lacking in love, very noisy at night in the family rooms, and the meals are no better than in Cuba. The staff is friendly, but if I go back to Puerto Vallarta, it won't be to this establishment.
