Beautiful resort, not too expensive. The food is very good, the service too. The bars have a somewhat limited selection but the drinks are acceptable. Beautiful beach with great snorkeling directly from the hotel. BE CAREFUL, the staff will try to get you involved in a meeting to sell you an Unlimited Vacation Club package, a kind of subscription at an exorbitant price in a confusing and exhausting encounter. Know how to say no from the beginning of the bait.

Les bars ont un choix un peu limité mais les breuvages sont acceptables.

Please send me someone, full of mold in the shower and patio door curtains, nauseating smells in the room, we were a group of 6 rooms and mold everywhere...food wise, everything is in "MUD"... meat, fish or chicken, everything is cut into small pieces and served in sauce... no premium drinks on site like everywhere else in Mexico. Frankly the hotel is pathetic, to be avoided... thank you

M’envoyer personne la svp, plein de moisissures dans la douche et rideaux de la porte patios, senteurs nauséabonde dans la chambre, nous étions un groupe de 6 chambres et moisissures partout…coté nourriture , tout est en ‘’ BOUETTE ‘’ … viande, poisson où poulet, tout est coupé en petit morceaux et servi en sauce.. aucune boisson premium sur le site comme partout ailleurs au Mexique. Franchement l’hôtel fait pitié, a proscrire… merci

The rooms were really lacking in love, especially the bathroom. The food was good at both restaurants. Table service was acceptable, but slow.
