Second time and the last!

The staff were much friendlier and more cheerful than on my first trip. From August 15th, the hotel will be adults-only. It's impossible to relax on the beach because they're building a wedding venue. I knew space was almost nonexistent, but the only small section on the right is reserved for the "preferred" class; in fact, to access this class, you have to pay US$80 per day and change rooms. Many restaurants were closed due to staff shortages.

Personnel beaucoup plus sympathique et souriant que lors de mon premier voyage. À compter du 15 août, l’hotel sera que pour adultes seulement. Impossible de se reposer à la plage car ils construisent un emplacement pour les mariages. Je savais je la place était presque inexistante mais la seule petite partie à droite est réservé a la classe « preferd » d’ailleurs pour avoir droit a cette classe, on doit payée 80 US par jour et effectuer un changement de chambre. Beaucoup de restaurant étaient fermée pour manque de personnel.

The staff were incredibly kind and often went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay with our young children. One of the concierges even arranged a special activity for our eldest. We loved the playroom, perfect for our children to play quietly away from all the outside chaos. There was a great selection at the bar. We enjoyed the restaurants. However, we felt the buffet lacked variety. There was only one pool, and the beach is small. Overall, we were satisfied considering the price we paid.

Le personnel était super gentil en nous accomodant souvent pour que notre séjour soit agréable avec nos jeunes enfants. Un des concierges a même mis en place une activité toute spéciale pour notre aîné. Nous avons adoré la salle de jeu, parfait pour nos enfants pour jouer tranquillement sans tout le chaos extérieur.

Grande sélection au bar. Nous avons bien aimé les restaurants. Par contre, nous trouvions qu'il manquait de sélection au buffet.

Il y avait une seule piscine et la plage est petite.

Au final, nous sommes satisfaits contenu du prix payé.
