The staff were incredibly kind and often went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay with our young children. One of the concierges even arranged a special activity for our eldest. We loved the playroom, perfect for our children to play quietly away from all the outside chaos. There was a great selection at the bar. We enjoyed the restaurants. However, we felt the buffet lacked variety. There was only one pool, and the beach is small. Overall, we were satisfied considering the price we paid.
Le personnel était super gentil en nous accomodant souvent pour que notre séjour soit agréable avec nos jeunes enfants. Un des concierges a même mis en place une activité toute spéciale pour notre aîné. Nous avons adoré la salle de jeu, parfait pour nos enfants pour jouer tranquillement sans tout le chaos extérieur.

Il y avait une seule piscine et la plage est petite.
Au final, nous sommes satisfaits contenu du prix payé.

We loved the hotel! Clean, the buffet was quite varied and very good. The à la carte restaurant was very good, but reservations were difficult to make using the app. Large, clean pool. The surf wave is only open for one hour a day; otherwise, private lessons are available (for a fee). The bar offers a variety of cocktails, and servers come to your pool loungers. The hotel is fairly quiet, with karaoke entertainment in the evening at the disco. The beach is, in my opinion, very small, with seaweed on the bottom, and small schools of fish near the pier. I'm someone who enjoys walking along a long beach, so if that's what you're after, this isn't the hotel for you. We walked 15 minutes to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, and there are beautiful beaches there. It was a wonderful trip.
Nous avons adorés l’hôtel! Propre, le buffet est assez varié , très bon. Restaurant à la carte très bon mais réservation difficile à obtenir avec l’application. Grande piscine, propre. La vague de surf est ouverte seulement une heure par jour, sinon option de faire cours privé($). Au bar, cocktail varié, serveurs viennent aux chaises longues de la piscine. Hôtel assez tranquille, animation karaoké le soir à la discothèque. La plage est à mon goût très petite, algue dans le fond, il y a des petits bancs de poisson sur le bord du quai. Je suis une personne qui aime marché sur le bord d’une longue plage alors si c’est votre intérêt ne pas aller à cet hôtel. Nous avons marché jusqu’au traversier 15 minutes à pied pour aller à Isla Mujeres et là bas il y a des belles plages. C’est un beau voyage que nous avons eu.
