Good stay, questionable departure policy

We had a good stay despite the flight delays. We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. The week went very well; however, we realized that the hotel's new policy is that all guests are no longer allowed access to the grounds after 3 pm and must remain in the lobby. This is not a 7-day stay, and this is unacceptable. Management needs to review this policy.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré les retards de notre vol. Arrivés à l’hôtel à 10h le soir. La semaine s’est très bien passé, nous avons toutefois réalisés que la nouvelle politique de l’hôtel est que tous les voyageurs n’ont plus accès au site à partir de 3h pm et doivent rester dans le lobby. Ce n’est pas un séjour de 7 jours et cela n’est pas acceptable. L’administration doit revoir cette politique.
