The hotel is very good but not at its best. Two pools are not cleaned, the restaurants are not all open and the service could be improved. It is fortunate that there were few guests because there is also very little space at the beach. The buffet is also almost always the same. One week is fine but not two. I had a problem with hot water and lights; they did not fix the problems, I had to insist on changing rooms after two days. The staff is however very nice and they really want to serve us well.

L'hôtel est très bien mais pas à son meilleur. Deux piscines ne sont pas nettoyées, les restos ne sont pas tous ouverts et le service pourrait être amélioré. Heureusement qu'il y avait peu de clients car il y a aussi très peu de place à la plage. Le buffet est aussi presque toujours pareil. Une semaine c'est correct mais pas deux. J'ai eu un problème d'eau chaude et de lumières; ils ne réglaient pas les problèmes, j'ai dû insister pour changer de chambre après deux jours. Le personnel est cependant très gentil et ils veulent vraiment bien nous servir.

We knew the changes and knew it would be quieter. We had fun and good weather. The hotel is 1.5 hours from the airport, but we knew before leaving. A great vacation for us.

You canceled our trip because the hotel closed according to you.
Vous avez annulez notre voyage,car l'hôtel à fermé selon vous.

I had to cancel the entire scheduled trip and find another hotel 3 weeks in advance (which was a huge stress), your company only offered me a $250 couple reward per week for the cancellation and scheduling another hotel in the same category of your choice which was impossible with the amount we had available.

J'ai dû annuler de tout le voyage cédulé et me chercher un autre hôtel avec 3 semaines d'avance ( qui a été un stresse énorme), votre compagnie ma offert juste 250$ de récompense de couple par semaine pour l'annulation et céduler un autre hôtel dans la même catégorie de votre choix qui était impossible avec la somme qu'on avait a disposition.
