A wonderful stay. The only downside was the beach being full of seaweed, the need for reservations at the à la carte restaurant (even though the website indicates it doesn't require reservations), the pool wasn't clean and needed cleaning, and many of the pool chairs were reserved. On the plus side, the food was excellent and plentiful, the staff was friendly, and the hotel and room were very clean. The most unpleasant aspect of this trip was the flight delay from Quebec City to Cancun, which resulted in a 2-hour and 20-minute wait for our luggage at Cancun airport.

Super beau séjour. Point négatif plage pleine d'algues, besoin de réservation restaurant à la carte pourtant sur le site il est identifié sans réservation, piscine pas propre manquait de nettoyage, beaucoup de chaises réservées à la piscine. Positif la bouffe est excellente et ne manquait de rien, personnel gentil, hôtel et chambre très propre.
Ce qui a été le plus désagréable dans ce voyage cest le retard de l'avion à partir de quebec vers cancun ce qui a genere une attente de 2h20 minutes de nos bagages à l'aéroport de cancun.
