Luckily we had the black bracelet which gives us access to almost all the restaurants, because the buffets for everyone were very very disappointing and on the verge of being unsanitary. 2nd stay 14 days for me, four years ago, the quality of the steak house and the Italian was much superior. First week full of shows and 2nd much less..why??? Rooms with non-soundproof doors in the pyramid which is mega ultra echo, because of the atrium (so empty in the center) shouts screams etc.. until 4 AM of people coming back from parties you hear in the rooms as if they were next to you... room cleaning 3/10 Even with good tips, they make the bed, empty the trash bags and replace the paper roll...that's all.. Last time at the Pyramid Cancun..

Chambres porte non insonorisées dans la pyramide qui est méga ultra écho, a cause le l'atrium (donc vide au centre) cris hurlements etc..jusqu'à 4 AM de monde qui reviennent de partys tu entends dans la chambres comme s'ils étaient a côté de toi...
