Perfect for this type of resort.
Parfait pour ce type de resort.
Even though it's not right on the beach, a beautiful public beach is two blocks away (you can see it as you leave the resort), and the fifth one is just one block away, so it's perfect. It's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It doesn't have a buffet, but it does have an à la carte restaurant open during the day. Excellent! Zero waiting lines, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. A little gem of luxury. I'll go back a hundred times.
Même si c’est pas sur le bord de la plage, une belle plage public est à 2 blocs ( tu la vois en sortant du resort) et la 5ieme est à 1 bloc donc c’est parfait. C’est l’hôtel le plus propre j’ai visité à vie.

Très bon hôtel
Excellent hotel, amazing pool and view, spacious rooms and excellent food, well located in the city center for visiting the famous 5th Avenue. However, don't book any of the extra activities (boat trip, diving, etc.) – you'll be disappointed! It's expensive, and we spent the entire day in transit (4 hours). There were no diving or parasailing activities as promised, only the boat trip, and no food or drinks were allowed on board.
Très bon hôtel, piscine et vue incroyable, chambres spacieuses et nourriture excellente, bien placée au centre ville pour visiter la fameuse 5e avenue. Par contre ne faite pas d'activités en surplus (bateau, plongé, etc...) vous serez deçu! c'est cher et nous avons passer toute la journée en transport (4H), aucune activité de plongé ni de parachute comme promis, que le bateau et pas de consommation a bord.

Belle semaine au REE28
Trip with my mom from August 2nd to 9th, 2026. Very clean hotel right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. A great week with the all-inclusive package. Good food, good drinks too. We had a lot of fun. Only one small drawback: very loud music around the pool, even early in the morning.
Voyage avec ma maman du 2 au 9 août 2026. Hôtel très propre en plein cœur de Playa del Carmen. Une belle semaine avec le forfait tout inclus. Nourriture bonne, alcool également. Nous avons eu bcp de plaisir. Seul petit hic : musique autour de la piscine très forte même tôt le matin.

Luxury hotel for young adults.
Hôtel de luxe pour des jeunes adultes.
Luxury restaurant, luxury room, luxury hotel, rooftop pool, superb view, beautiful women in bikinis, young adults with great bodies, great music, and excellent service. Unfortunately, the pool isn't very large. The public beach near the hotel has a terrible smell from the sewage pipes. To enjoy a clean beach and a large outdoor pool, they offer transportation to the other two Reefs, with shuttles departing hourly. Thank you and have a great vacation!
Restaurant de luxe, chambre de luxe, hôtel de luxe, piscine sur le toit, vue superbe, des belles femmes avec bikini, des jeunes adultes avec des beaux corps de la belles musique et un excellent service, piscine pas très grande malheureusement, la plage public proche de l’hôtel, zéro avec odeur des conduites d’évacuation, pour profiter d’une plage propre et grande piscine externe, ils vous proposent d’aller dans les deux autres Reef avec un transport qui passe chaque heure.
